Es ist ein einzigartiger Ort seiner Art und eines der freundlichsten Restaurants in der maritimen Hauptstadt.<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><em>Update Juli 2018 : Geschlossen<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Das 2016 er\u00f6ffnete Bistro Bonjour wird von einem Franzosen namens J\u00e9r\u00e9mie gef\u00fchrt, der aus Montdidier stammt, einer Stadt, die eine Stunde von Paris entfernt ist und in der Antoine Auguste Parmentier, der \u201cErfinder\u201d der Kartoffel, geboren wurde. Dieser franz\u00f6sische Arzt war 1771 der erste, der die Verwendung von Kartoffeln in der menschlichen Ern\u00e4hrung propagierte - ohne ihn g\u00e4be es keine Pommes frites. In seinem fr\u00fcheren Leben war Jeremie Redakteur bei einer Lokalzeitung. Da er von einem Neuanfang tr\u00e4umte, beschloss er letztes Jahr, eine einfache Reise nach Varna in Bulgarien zu unternehmen. Als er in der Stadt ankam, in der er sich wohl f\u00fchlt, kam ihm die Idee, ein Restaurant in Varna zu er\u00f6ffnen. Seitdem ist das Lokal ein Wahrzeichen f\u00fcr Franzosen und Bulgaren, die auf der Suche nach Authentizit\u00e4t sind. Der ausgezeichnete Service ist mehr als freundlich. Hier gibt es eine Seele.
