In Sofia kann man nicht sagen, dass man ein italienisches Restaurant gekostet hat, ohne einen Tisch im Volare reserviert zu haben. Was gibt es noch \u00fcber das authentischste italienische Restaurant in Sofia zu berichten?<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><em>Update November 2018 : Geschlossen <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Wie sch\u00f6n ist diese neue Adresse! Freundlich, l\u00e4chelnd, duftend nach Basilikum und Pecorino, ist Volare das neue italienische Restaurant in der bulgarischen Hauptstadt. Das gesamte Personal ist 100% italienisch, auch die 3 Mitbegr\u00fcnder. Die aus Sizilien stammenden und in Sofia lebenden Giuseppe Di Benedetto, Maurizio Ferreri und Nino Spataro haben das Restaurant Volare am 28. Oktober 2017 mit der Idee gegr\u00fcndet, ein 100% italienisches Men\u00fc anzubieten. Nur das Gem\u00fcse kommt aus Bulgarien. Giuseppe Di Benedetto zu spezifizieren \u201cdie bulgarischen Gem\u00fcse sind ausgezeichnet und sehr lecker. Sie haben ihren Platz in unserem italienischen Men\u00fc gewonnen\u201d. Und das ist wahr. Unsere Eindr\u00fccke sind auf jeden Fall sehr gut. Auf 2 Etagen und 75 Pl\u00e4tzen bietet das Restaurant auch einen sehr sch\u00f6nen Garten, der das ganze Jahr \u00fcber ge\u00f6ffnet ist. Wir waren dort, um verschiedene Spezialit\u00e4ten und Weine zu testen, und wir m\u00fcssen sagen, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden! Giuseppe begr\u00fc\u00dfte uns auch mit verschiedenen Weinen, die alle erstaunlich waren, wie die\u00a0<em>Nero d'Avola<\/em>. Man muss wissen, dass das Restaurant 75 verschiedene Weine anbietet, die alle aus Italien kommen. Dann hatten wir die Gelegenheit, die <em>Lasagne Bolognese<\/em> und <em>Scaloppine ai Funghi<\/em>. Zum Nachtisch haben wir das <em>Tiaramisu<\/em>, und nat\u00fcrlich die <em>Cannolo siciliano<\/em> die wir noch nie probiert haben. Wir k\u00f6nnen den Geschmack dieser k\u00f6stlichen Desserts immer noch in unserem Mund sp\u00fcren. So gut! Nichts Ausgefallenes, nur allt\u00e4gliche Gerichte, die man in Italien essen kann, das Original. Sie wollten ein italienisches Restaurant in Bulgarien umsetzen und ein echtes Italienerlebnis bieten. Das Essen, nat\u00fcrlich, aber auch das Personal, die Dekoration und die Atmosph\u00e4re versetzen einen wirklich nach Italien, ohne dass man Sofia verlassen muss. Mit Sicherheit ist dies das beste italienische Restaurant, in dem wir je gegessen haben, denn das Essen war ausgezeichnet, aber auch die Atmosph\u00e4re spielte eine wichtige Rolle bei diesem Erlebnis. Wir w\u00fcnschen dem Volare den Erfolg, den es verdient, denn ohne Zweifel ist dies ein Restaurant, das man nicht verpassen darf, wenn man Italien wirklich erleben m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<figure
