Ist Bulgarien in der Eurozone oder nicht? Dies ist eine Frage, die in den Diskussionen sehr h\u00e4ufig auftaucht, und das ist der Grund, warum wir beschlossen haben, einen Artikel \u00fcber dieses hei\u00dfe Thema zu schreiben.<\/h4>\n

Sollte Bulgarien der Eurozone beitreten?<\/em>\u00a0Das ist eine komplexe Frage, und die Antwort kann nur komplex sein, denn wie so oft in der Wirtschaft gibt es viele Faktoren, die ber\u00fccksichtigt werden m\u00fcssen. Die Wirtschaft ist eine komplexe Wissenschaft, sie ist ein lebendiges System, und wenn man irgendwo eine Variable ber\u00fchrt, gibt es immer eine Kette von Ursachen und Wirkungen, die sich auf eine andere Variable an anderer Stelle auswirken. Wir k\u00f6nnten eine 300-seitige Arbeit \u00fcber diese Frage schreiben, aber in diesem Artikel werden wir versuchen, nur an der Oberfl\u00e4che zu bleiben.<\/p>\n

Der Euro wurde 1999 geboren, trat aber erst 2002 f\u00fcr die B\u00fcrger der Eurozone in Kraft. Der Euro hatte mehrere Vorl\u00e4ufer, von denen der erste die \u201cSchlange im Tunnel\u201d im Jahr 1972 war, und ist nur der letzte Teil einer Kette, die in den 1970er Jahren begann, als die \u2019gro\u00dfen\u201c Volkswirtschaften der Europ\u00e4ischen Gemeinschaft feststellten, dass es von Vorteil w\u00e4re, die Wechselkurse zwischen den W\u00e4hrungen dieser L\u00e4nder zu harmonisieren und zu stabilisieren. Die Europ\u00e4er erkannten damals, dass instabile Wechselkurse die Qualit\u00e4t des Handels in Europa beeintr\u00e4chtigten und dazu beitrugen, die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit der europ\u00e4ischen Wirtschaft zu verringern.<\/p>\n

Der Euro hat viele Zwecke, aber in unseren Augen,<\/p>\n

Hauptzweck des Euro ist es, die Kosten f\u00fcr Transaktionen zwischen Unternehmen innerhalb der Zone zu senken und die Handels- und Investitionspartnerschaften zu beschleunigen...<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

... alle aufgrund des Wegfalls der Landesw\u00e4hrungen und der Wechselkursrisiken und -kosten. In diesem Artikel werden wir nicht in eine wirtschaftliche Analyse einsteigen, die zeigt, warum dies der Fall ist, sondern wir meinen, dass das Endergebnis der Abschaffung der nationalen W\u00e4hrungen, um nur eine zu haben, der europ\u00e4ischen Wirtschaft hilft, wettbewerbsf\u00e4higer zu sein, weil der Handel und die Investitionen zwischen den verschiedenen Nationen optimiert werden.<\/p>\n

Leider k\u00f6nnen wir, wie so oft in der Wirtschaft, nicht sagen, dass alle in dieser Frage einer Meinung sind. Viele Menschen sind gegen den Euro und halten ihn f\u00fcr den Hauptverantwortlichen f\u00fcr die wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Probleme in Europa. Ihrer Meinung nach befinden sich L\u00e4nder wie die PIIGS\u201c (Portugal, Italien, Irland, Griechenland und Spanien) und sogar Frankreich wegen des Euro in einer schwierigen Lage. Sie sind der Ansicht, dass die W\u00e4hrung den Interessen Deutschlands dient und die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit anderer L\u00e4nder beeintr\u00e4chtigt, da ihr Marktwert im Vergleich zur inl\u00e4ndischen Produktivit\u00e4t zu hoch ist.<\/p>\n

Das ist ein Standpunkt, aber wir sind mit dieser Aussage nicht einverstanden. Unserer Meinung nach ist die W\u00e4hrung nicht perfekt, nat\u00fcrlich h\u00e4tte man viele Dinge anders machen k\u00f6nnen, in einer anderen Reihenfolge (zum Beispiel w\u00e4re es kl\u00fcger gewesen, vor der Einf\u00fchrung einer gemeinsamen W\u00e4hrung die steuerlichen und sozialen Regeln zwischen den Mitgliedern der Zone zu harmonisieren, um keine Verzerrungsgebiete zu schaffen). Es stimmt, dass die Art und Weise, wie der Euro eingef\u00fchrt wurde, nicht die effizienteste ist und eher zu mehr Heterogenit\u00e4t als zu mehr Homogenit\u00e4t zwischen den europ\u00e4ischen Volkswirtschaften gef\u00fchrt hat.<\/p>\n

Aber k\u00f6nnen wir sie abschaffen? Welche Art von Signal w\u00fcrde es an die Welt \u00fcber die F\u00e4higkeit der Europ\u00e4er senden, als ein Mann zu sprechen? Was w\u00e4ren die Folgen seiner Abschaffung? Riesig! Unserer Meinung nach viel schlimmer als die L\u00f6sung der Probleme.<\/p>\n

Wenn einige L\u00e4nder wie Griechenland seit 2008 in Schwierigkeiten stecken, dann liegt das sicherlich nicht in erster Linie am Euro, sondern an der Art und Weise, wie die \u00f6ffentlichen Mittel verwaltet werden. \u00dcbrigens sollten einige L\u00e4nder aus den Fehlern anderer lernen, wenn sie nicht eines Tages vor denselben Problemen stehen wollen. Die Frage, die wir zu Beginn dieses Artikels beantworten wollten, lautete jedoch, ob Bulgarien der Eurozone beitreten sollte oder nicht. Wie oben erl\u00e4utert, ist der Euro nur ein Instrument.<\/p>\n

Wenn der Euro richtig eingesetzt wird, bringt er viele Vorteile, aber wenn er nicht richtig eingesetzt wird, bringt er mehr Nachteile als Vorteile.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Das \u201cKomische\u201d an Bulgarien ist, was viele Leute vergessen, dass Bulgarien seit 1998 Teil eines Currency Board ist, was bedeutet, dass der Lev, die bulgarische W\u00e4hrung, an den Euro gekoppelt ist und \u201cnur\u201d eine Art Unterteilung der Referenzw\u00e4hrung (die Deutsche Mark und dann der Euro) ist. Der Kurs ist auf 1,95583 festgesetzt, genau wie die Deutsche Mark oder der franz\u00f6sische Franc auf 6,55957 festgesetzt wurden, und die bulgarische Nationalbank hat ihre Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit bei der Geldsch\u00f6pfung verloren. Sie kann nicht mehr Leva schaffen, als sie Euro in ihren Tresoren hat.<\/p>\n

Mit anderen Worten: Bulgarien hat den Euro indirekt bereits eingef\u00fchrt. Der einzige wesentliche Unterschied zwischen Bulgarien und den L\u00e4ndern der Eurozone besteht darin, dass das Land kein Stimmrecht im Verwaltungsrat der Europ\u00e4ischen Zentralbank hat, weil es noch nicht zur Eurozone geh\u00f6rt. Kurz gesagt, Bulgarien sp\u00fcrt bereits die Nachteile des Euro, ohne von seinen Vorteilen zu profitieren.<\/p>\n

Wenn wir also eine klare Antwort auf unsere urspr\u00fcngliche Frage geben wollen, antworten wir eindeutig mit JA. Bulgarien sollte der Eurozone beitreten, weil es den Euro bereits indirekt verwendet.<\/p>\n
