\u201cBlack Forest\u201d von Zoia Deninska und Aleksandra Nicolova von Yoanna Gelato Italiano in Blagoevgrad wurde von einer Expertenjury w\u00e4hrend der Gelato Festival Challenge in Sofia unter den teilnehmenden Geschmacksrichtungen ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Die Gelato Festival Challenge setzt ihre Reise um die Welt fort und machte am 17. April Halt in SOFIA, wo 12 bulgarische Gelatiere am s\u00fc\u00dfesten Wettbewerb des Jahres teilnahmen, der von SBI BG EOOD, dem Carpigiani-Vertriebspartner f\u00fcr Bulgarien, in der Bulgaria Mall veranstaltet wurde. <\/span>Der Gewinner-Geschmack ist \u201c<\/b>Schwarzwald\u201d von Zoia Deninska und Aleksandra Nicolova aus <\/span>Yoanna Gelato Italiano in Blagoevgrad<\/b>, eine k\u00f6stliche Neuinterpretation des ber\u00fchmten Kuchens mit Schokolade und Kirschen. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Der ausgew\u00e4hlte Gelatiere nimmt an der europ\u00e4ischen Endrunde des Gelato Festivals teil, die 2020 in Italien am Sitz der Carpigiani Gelato University stattfindet. Geschmack, Struktur, Kreativit\u00e4t und Pr\u00e4sentation sind die vier Parameter, die f\u00fcr die Bewertung herangezogen werden, wobei die Auswahl der Zutaten, das handwerkliche K\u00f6nnen bei der Ausarbeitung des Rezepts und die visuelle Wirkung des Eises hervorgehoben werden (<\/span>siehe unten die vollst\u00e4ndige Liste der Teilnehmer<\/span>). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Die Jury hat auch die \u201c<\/span>N\u00e4chste Generation<\/b>\u201dPreis f\u00fcr den besten jungen Gelatiere (30 Jahre und j\u00fcnger), der an <\/span>Stoyan Avramov von Marmalad World in Varna mit der Geschmacksrichtung \u201cZitronenk\u00e4sekuchen mit Karotten\u201d, einer kreativen Version des traditionellen K\u00e4sekuchens mit hausgemachten glasierten Karotten. <\/span><\/i>Der junge K\u00fcnstler wird 2019 am Finale der n\u00e4chsten Generation in Florenz teilnehmen, wo der beste Gelatiere unter 30 Jahren ausgew\u00e4hlt wird, um 2021 am Weltfinale der Gelato Festival World Masters teilzunehmen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Die <\/span>Jury<\/b> bestand aus\u00a0<\/span>Chefkoch Andrei Stoilov (Chef des bulgarischen Verbandes der Profik\u00f6che),\u00a0<\/span>Chefk\u00f6chin Julia Pandjerova (Konditoreiakademie, Schule f\u00fcr Tourismus und Ern\u00e4hrung - Dozentin und Meisterkonditorin),\u00a0<\/span>Chefk\u00f6chin Elica Bojinova (Mitglied des bulgarischen Berufsverbands der K\u00f6che - Meisterchocolatiers),\u00a0<\/span>Chefkoch Dimitar Klaklov (Chefkoch der Catering- und Restaurantkette),\u00a0<\/span>Chefkoch Petko Kostadnov (Konditor und Dekorateur) und\u00a0<\/span>K\u00fcchenchefin Sandra Aleksieva (Food-Bloggerin und Inhaberin einer kulinarischen Website).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Das Gelato Festival wurde 2010 in Florenz ins Leben gerufen, inspiriert durch das erste Gelato-Rezept des vielseitigen Architekten Bernardo Buontalenti aus dem Jahr 1559, und hat in neun aufeinanderfolgenden Jahren die handwerkliche Gelato-Kultur weiter verbreitet. Seit seinen Anf\u00e4ngen hat sich das Gelato Festival in Italien, Europa und seit 2017 auch in den Vereinigten Staaten verbreitet. Das Gelato Festival wird auch weiterhin die Gelatine-Kultur und -Wertsch\u00e4tzung auf der ganzen Welt f\u00f6rdern, und zwar auf dem Weg zur Weltmeisterschaft der Gelato Festival World Masters 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n
