Die Covid-19-Krise war nicht vorhersehbar. Niemand konnte sich vorstellen, dass dies geschehen w\u00fcrde. Au\u00dfer ein paar Filmemachern aus Hollywood! In weniger als 3 Monaten war der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil der Weltbev\u00f6lkerung wegen eines Virus zu Hause eingesperrt. Jeder Staat versucht, diese Krise auf seine eigene Weise zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Was ist mit Bulgarien?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


Da ich meine Zeit zwischen Frankreich und Bulgarien verbringe, muss ich sagen, dass ich von der Art und Weise, wie die Krise des Covid-19 in Bulgarien gehandhabt wurde, \u00e4u\u00dferst positiv \u00fcberrascht war. Bulgarien ist definitiv ein, um nicht zu sagen der beste, Sch\u00fcler der Klasse, mit allem Respekt vor einigen Expats, die meine Meinung nicht teilen (wenn sie diese Worte lesen, werden sie sich selbst erkennen ;)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Covid-19<\/strong> - Wie bew\u00e4ltigt Bulgarien die Krise?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Nur wenige Tage nach den ersten festgestellten F\u00e4llen des Covid-19-Virus hat die bulgarische Regierung beschlossen, die Menschen zu Hause zu behalten. Dies ist wahrscheinlich der Grund, warum das Land in der Lage war, das Wachstum der Pandemie (im Vergleich zu anderen L\u00e4ndern) zu kontrollieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am 03. April 2020 gibt es in Bulgarien 457 best\u00e4tigte Covid-19-F\u00e4lle, d.h. 35 zus\u00e4tzliche F\u00e4lle im Vergleich zum 02. April 2020. Auf 100.000 Einwohner bedeutet dies 6,34 F\u00e4lle in Bulgarien, verglichen mit 89,98 Covid-19-F\u00e4llen in Frankreich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was die Todesf\u00e4lle betrifft, so gab es am 03. April 2020 in Bulgarien 10 Todesf\u00e4lle durch Covid-19. Das sind 2,19 Todesf\u00e4lle pro hundert F\u00e4lle von Covid-19 in Bulgarien. Zum Vergleich: In China betr\u00e4gt dieser Wert 4,03 (aber wir wissen, dass die chinesischen Zahlen wahrscheinlich falsch sind), in Italien 12,07 und in Frankreich 8,96.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bis zum 7. April 2020 haben die bulgarischen Beh\u00f6rden 565 F\u00e4lle des Coronavirus Covid-19 best\u00e4tigt, darunter 22 Tote und 42 geheilte F\u00e4lle. Bulgarien bleibt von der Pandemie relativ \u201cunber\u00fchrt\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es ist zwar noch nichts gewonnen, aber es geht in eine gute Richtung. Wenn wir die Zahlen Bulgariens mit denen Italiens, Spaniens oder Frankreichs vergleichen, konnte Bulgarien seine F\u00e4higkeit zur Bew\u00e4ltigung der Krise unter Beweis stellen. Es sieht so aus, als sei es ein gro\u00dfer Vorteil, ein \u201ckleines\u201d Land zu sein, das weniger mit dem Rest der Welt zu tun hat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ja, das ist wahr! Das \u00f6ffentliche Gesundheitssystem ist bei weitem nicht das beste in Europa (nicht in Bezug auf die \u00c4rzte, sondern auf das Material), aber es funktioniert, und dank der von der Regierung ergriffenen Ma\u00dfnahmen und der Tatsache, dass die B\u00fcrger die Regeln befolgt haben, konnte das System die Situation bisher ertragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Covid-19 - \u201cDie sch\u00f6ne Geste\u201d Bulgariens. <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Au\u00dferdem sind seit gestern in Frankreich zahlreiche Artikel in den gr\u00f6\u00dften Nachrichtenmagazinen erschienen. Sie alle applaudieren Bulgarien.<\/strong> Sie alle sprechen \u00fcber das bulgarische Beispiel als \u201cDie sch\u00f6ne Geste Bulgariens\u201d. Die sozialen Netzwerke flammen auf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der Tat, ein Artikel von Le Figaro<\/a> am 7. April 2020 erkl\u00e4rt, dass die Abgeordneten und Minister ihre Geh\u00e4lter w\u00e4hrend dieser au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Periode dem \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitssystem gespendet haben. Die Spende der Abgeordneten wird sich auf 1,44 Millionen Lewa belaufen. Sie werden also etwa 740.000 Euro f\u00fcr den Zeitraum der Entbindung spenden. Ja, es stimmt, es sind keine Milliarden von Euro, die gespendet werden, aber es ist symbolisch und unerwartet, um ehrlich zu sein. Einige werden sagen, dass es sich um reines \u201cMarketing\u201d der politischen Klasse handelt. Ich w\u00fcrde sagen, dass selbst wenn dies der Fall w\u00e4re, die Geste sch\u00f6n ist und nicht jedes Land dies tun w\u00fcrde...<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wieder einmal m\u00f6chte ich nur eines sagen: Hut ab!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Ausnahmezustand wurde bis zum 13. Mai verl\u00e4ngert. Bulgarische Freunde, bleibt zu Hause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
