Wir alle m\u00fcssen Orte kennen oder entdecken, an denen es im Sommer sehr sch\u00f6n, k\u00fchl und gem\u00fctlich ist, um eine Mahlzeit zu sich zu nehmen oder einfach nur etwas zu trinken. \u201cMade in Blue\u201d<\/em> Restaurant in Sofia ist definitiv eines von ihnen. Komm, komm, ich stelle dich vor!<\/h3>\n

\u00dcber den Ort<\/strong>, f\u00fcr diejenigen, die einige Restaurants in Sofia kennen, die \u201cMade in Blue\u201d<\/em> wird sie an den Namen eines anderen Szenelokals in Sofia erinnern. Welcher? der \u201cMade in Home\u201d<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>Bingo !! Er\u00f6ffnet im Mai 2016 (so, sehr NEU !), ist diese atypische Ort die kleine Schwester davon f\u00fcr unsere gesamte Freude.<\/p>\n

Da ich immer auf der Suche nach einem solchen Ort war, habe ich sofort einen Tisch reserviert, um ihn zu entdecken.\u00a0<\/span>Dort angekommen, wissen wir, dass es dort ist. Es ist ein ganzes Haus in blau (wenig gelb) gestrichen mit einem SCH\u00d6NEN GARTEN\/TERRASSE<\/span>\u00a0und bunte Blumen. Das \u00c4u\u00dfere ist retro und kunstvoll.\u00a0Das Innere des Hauses ist ebenso \u00fcberraschend wie sein \u00c4u\u00dferes.\u00a0<\/span>TEs gibt kein anderes Haus wie dieses in der Stra\u00dfe oder noch weiter entfernt.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Die Atmosph\u00e4re des Ortes wird Sie nicht gleichg\u00fcltig lassen und Sie werden sich fast wie zu Hause f\u00fchlen.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Ein altes, verlassenes Haus wiederzubeleben, ist f\u00fcr mich eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Idee. <\/strong>Die Herausforderung ist hier vermerkt.\u00a0<\/span>Also, ich<\/span>\u00a0mehr \u00fcber das Design und die Architektur dieses Ortes zu erz\u00e4hlen (auch kein Bild), damit Sie ihn selbst entdecken k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00dcber die Mahlzeiten<\/strong>, die \u201cMade in Blue\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Restaurant\u00a0scheint Gerichte anzubieten, die es anderswo nicht gibt. Es ist nicht bulgarisch, nicht italienisch, nicht amerikanisch, nicht franz\u00f6sisch, nicht t\u00fcrkisch, ... es ist einfach \u201cMade in Blue\u201d und das ist eine Menge.<\/strong><\/span> Hummus mit Kalbfleisch & Kutteln, Kalbszunge mit Teriyaki & Radieschen, Karnitas Burrito mit gebratenem Schweinefleisch & Gem\u00fcse, Currymuscheln mit Kokosnuss, Salat mit Kirschen, Kr\u00e4uterkaftan vom Rind mit Bulgurpilaff, c<\/em><\/span>H\u00fchnerfilet & Zucchinip\u00fcree,\u00a0<\/em>Schafsk\u00e4se & Maisbrot, Himbeerk\u00e4sekuchen<\/em>... sind einige der Gerichte, die Sie sofort und ohne jede Einschr\u00e4nkung entdecken m\u00fcssen. Als Getr\u00e4nke sind die hausgemachten Limonaden sehr lecker und erfrischend.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Auf jeden Fall ein Ort, an dem man allein, zu zweit oder mit vielen Freunden eine sch\u00f6ne und entspannte Zeit verbringen kann.<\/p>\n
