Sie ist&nbsp;<\/span>eine wei\u00dfe kalte Suppe mit Joghurt und Gurken, die in Bulgarien vor allem im Sommer sehr beliebt ist, weil sie<span lang=\"en\"> K\u00fchlwirkung<\/span>. Sicher, das ist nicht das Typische, wenn man an Suppe denkt. <span lang=\"en\">Sehr einfach und schnell zuzubereiten, gesund, man wird nie gelangweilt, es zu essen.
