Sie er\u00f6ffneten Vino Orenda Weinhandlung\u00a0<\/strong>am 17.<\/span>th<\/span> September 2012 - dem Tag von Sofia - und da sie<\/span>ontinue, ihre Leidenschaft f\u00fcr bulgarische Weine zu vermitteln. Valentina und Asen sind zwei sehr freundliche bulgarische Menschen, die von bulgarischen Weinen total begeistert sind.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Und damit haben wir schon zwei Gemeinsamkeiten, denn wie Sie wissen, lieben wir bulgarischen Wein auch sehr. W\u00e4hrend einer sehr netten und freundlichen improvisierten Verkostung erkl\u00e4rte Valentina, wie es dazu kam. T<\/span>er Wein war lange Zeit ihr Hobby. Deshalb beschlossen sie, mehr und mehr dar\u00fcber zu lernen - immer mehr neue Weine zu probieren, bis sie Experten f\u00fcr bulgarischen Wein wurden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nSie haben von jeder ihrer Reisen Wein mitgebracht und verschiedene Weine probiert. Valentina und Asen haben festgestellt, dass in den letzten Jahren in Bulgarien viele gute Qualit\u00e4tsweine mit modernen Visionen von begeisterten Winzern hergestellt wurden, die dem bulgarischen Weinbau ein neues Gesicht geben wollen. Sie wollten sich darauf konzentrieren, ihren Kunden die M\u00f6glichkeit zu bieten, so viele interessante bulgarische Weine wie m\u00f6glich an einem Ort kennenzulernen. Und das hat funktioniert. Der Ort ist sehr sch\u00f6n, vsehr freundlich und\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>bietet eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an k\u00f6stlichen bulgarischen Weinen mit mehr als 300 Weine\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span>von 60 bulgarischen Weinkellereien<\/strong><\/span>. Rot, Wei\u00df, Rose, etc. alles, was Sie suchen werden, ist wahrscheinlich dort und einige bulgarische Weine k\u00f6nnen nur dort gefunden werden.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Valentina erz\u00e4hlte uns, dass sie\u00a0besuchen die meisten der Weing\u00fcter, mit denen sie zusammenarbeiten. Sie kennen die meisten der Eigent\u00fcmer und \u00d6nologen pers\u00f6nlich. F\u00fcr sie ist es wichtig, beim Verkauf einen Mehrwert zu schaffen - Informationen \u00fcber Weing\u00fcter, die Geschichte des Weins, interessante Fakten.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nSie bot uns an, einige Weine zu probieren, und das war ein echtes Vergn\u00fcgen. Das kleine Sofa, das jederzeit im Laden zur Verf\u00fcgung steht, ist wirklich nett. Wir haben ihr noch viele Fragen gestellt. Sie sagte mir, dass ichas Interesse an bulgarischem Wein w\u00e4chst von Jahr zu Jahr.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Seit fast 5 Jahren, seit wir auf dem Markt sind, stellen wir eine Tendenz fest, dass immer mehr bulgarische Weine von kleinen Produzenten in den Restaurants angeboten werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Im letzten Jahr wurden neue Gesch\u00e4fte mit Schwerpunkt auf bulgarischem Wein er\u00f6ffnet. Aber Valentina und Asen machen Veranstaltung mehr, vorschlagen\u00a0regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Weinverkostungen - mindestens 2-3 pro Monat<\/strong> mit verschiedenen Themen (e<\/span><\/span>die sie auf ihrer Facebook-Seite verbreiten)<\/span>. Sie stellen neue Weing\u00fcter und neue Ernten vor, machen Blindverkostungen und solche zu verschiedenen Themen - Sorten, Regionen, Ernten. F\u00fcr ihre Stammkunden ist dies eine gute Gelegenheit, sich zu treffen, \u00fcber das Lieblingsthema Wein zu plaudern und mehr Interessantes \u00fcber die bulgarischen Sorten zu erfahren. Bei fast jeder Weinprobe sind die Winzer anwesend, oft auch die Inhaber selbst. Sie machen solche Weinverkostungen auf Anfrage - f\u00fcr Touristengruppen, f\u00fcr Firmen als Teambuilding, und sie haben viel Spa\u00df dabei.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Das Interesse der Menschen an bulgarischem Wein nimmt weiter zu. Auch das ist eine gute Nachricht, denn m<\/span>Die meisten ihrer Kunden sind Ausl\u00e4nder. In den Sommermonaten besuchen auch viele Touristen die\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Vino Orenda\u00a0<\/strong>ein Gesch\u00e4ft, in dem man haupts\u00e4chlich Weine aus typisch bulgarischen Rebsorten probieren und kaufen kann.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Auf die Frage, ob der bulgarische Wein mehr exportiert werden sollte, antwortet uns Valentina, dass ihre Mission auch darin besteht, den Konsum von bulgarischem Wein bei den Bulgaren zu steigern. Das Interesse und die Suche nach bulgarischem Wein zu wecken. <\/span>Sie glauben, dass sie seine besten Botschafter in der Welt sein werden. Was ihre Furor-Projekte betrifft, so haben Valentina und Asen\u00a0<\/span>beschlossen, uns zu \u00fcberraschen. In der Zwischenzeit werden wir ihnen folgen, weiterhin ihre Weine probieren, sie kaufen und vor allem weiterhin auf \u201cRepeat\u201d unterst\u00fctzen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
