Amable, sonriente, perfumado con albahaca y pecorino, Volare es el nuevo lugar italiano donde comer en la capital b\u00falgara. Todo el personal es 100% italiano, incluso los 3 cofundadores. Procedentes de Sicilia y afincados en Sof\u00eda, Giuseppe Di Benedetto, Maurizio Ferreri y Nino Spataro pusieron en marcha el restaurante Volare el 28 de octubre de 2017, con la idea de ofrecer un men\u00fa 100% italiano. Solo las verduras proceden de Bulgaria. Giuseppe Di Benedetto para especificar \u201clas verduras b\u00falgaras son excelentes y muy sabrosas. Ganaron su lugar en nuestro men\u00fa italiano\u201d. Y es cierto. Sin duda, nuestras impresiones son muy buenas. En 2 plantas y 75 plazas, el restaurante ofrece tambi\u00e9n un jard\u00edn muy agradable, abierto todo el a\u00f1o. Fuimos all\u00ed para probar varias especialidades y vinos y debemos decir que sin duda volveremos. Giuseppe tambi\u00e9n nos agasaj\u00f3 con diferentes vinos que eran todos incre\u00edbles como el\u00a0<em>Nero d'Avola<\/em>. Hay que se\u00f1alar que el restaurante ofrece 75 vinos diferentes, todos ellos italianos. Despu\u00e9s, tuvimos la oportunidad de probar la <em>Lasa\u00f1a bolo\u00f1esa<\/em> y <em>Scaloppine ai Funghi<\/em>. De postre, probamos el <em>Tiaramisu<\/em>, por supuesto, y el <em>Cannolo siciliano<\/em> que nunca hab\u00edamos probado. Todav\u00eda podemos sentir el sabor de estos deliciosos postres en la boca. \u00a1Qu\u00e9 rico! Nada lujoso, s\u00f3lo platos cotidianos que se pueden comer en Italia, los originales. Quer\u00edan trasladar un restaurante italiano a Bulgaria y ofrecer una experiencia real de Italia. La comida, por supuesto, pero tambi\u00e9n el personal, la decoraci\u00f3n, el ambiente realmente te transporta a Italia sin tener que salir de Sof\u00eda. Sin duda, este es el mejor restaurante italiano en el que hemos comido porque la comida era excelente pero todo el ambiente tambi\u00e9n jugaba un papel importante en esa experiencia. Le deseamos a Volare todo el \u00e9xito que se merece ya que, sin lugar a dudas, es un restaurante que no te puedes perder si realmente quieres experimentar Italia.<\/p>\n<figure
