\u201cSelva Negra\u201d, de Zoia Deninska y Aleksandra Nicolova, de Yoanna Gelato Italiano, de Blagoevgrad, ha sido seleccionado entre los sabores concursantes por un jurado compuesto por expertos durante el Gelato Festival Challenge de Sof\u00eda.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Gelato Festival Challenge contin\u00faa su viaje alrededor del mundo haciendo una parada en SOF\u00cdA el 17 de abril donde 12 artesanos b\u00falgaros del gelato participaron en la competici\u00f3n m\u00e1s dulce del a\u00f1o organizada en el Bulgaria Mall por SBI BG EOOD, distribuidor de Carpigiani para BULGARIA. <\/span>El sabor ganador es \u201c<\/b>Selva Negra\u201d de Zoia Deninska y Aleksandra Nicolova de <\/span>Yoanna Gelato Italiano en Blagoevgrad<\/b>, una deliciosa reinterpretaci\u00f3n del famoso pastel con chocolate y cerezas. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

El artesano heladero seleccionado pasa a la final europea del Gelato Festival, prevista para 2020 en Italia, en la sede de la Carpigiani Gelato University. Sabor, estructura, creatividad y presentaci\u00f3n son los cuatro par\u00e1metros utilizados para la evaluaci\u00f3n, destacando la elecci\u00f3n de los ingredientes, la artesan\u00eda en la elaboraci\u00f3n de la receta y el impacto visual del helado (<\/span>consulte a continuaci\u00f3n la lista completa de participantes<\/span>). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El jurado tambi\u00e9n concedi\u00f3 el \u201c<\/span>Pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n<\/b>\u201dpremio al mejor heladero joven (30 a\u00f1os o menos), que recay\u00f3 en <\/span>Stoyan Avramov, de Marmalad World, en Varna, con el sabor \u201cTarta de queso al lim\u00f3n con zanahoria\u201d, una versi\u00f3n creativa de la tarta de queso tradicional con zanahorias glaseadas caseras. <\/span><\/i>El joven artesano participar\u00e1 en la Final de la Pr\u00f3xima Generaci\u00f3n que se celebrar\u00e1 en Florencia en 2019, donde se seleccionar\u00e1 al mejor artesano heladero menor de 30 a\u00f1os para participar en la Final Mundial 2021 del Gelato Festival World Masters.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

En <\/span>jurado<\/b> estaba compuesto por\u00a0<\/span>El chef Andrei Stoilov (jefe de la Asociaci\u00f3n B\u00falgara de Cocineros Profesionales),\u00a0<\/span>Chef Julia Pandjerova (Academia de pasteler\u00eda, Escuela de turismo y alimentaci\u00f3n - profesora y maestra pastelera),\u00a0<\/span>Chef Elica Bojinova (miembro de la asociaci\u00f3n b\u00falgara de cocineros profesionales - maestros chocolateros),\u00a0<\/span>Chef Dimitar Klaklov (Jefe de cocineros de la cadena de catering y restaurantes),\u00a0<\/span>Chef Petko Kostadnov (Pastelero y decorador) y\u00a0<\/span>Chef Sandra Aleksieva (bloguera gastron\u00f3mica y propietaria de un sitio web culinario).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tras debutar en 2010 en Florencia inspir\u00e1ndose en la primera receta de helado del polifac\u00e9tico arquitecto Bernardo Buontalenti en 1559, el Gelato Festival ha seguido difundiendo la cultura del helado artesano durante nueve a\u00f1os consecutivos. Desde sus inicios, Gelato Festival se ha extendido por Italia y despu\u00e9s por Europa y, desde 2017, en Estados Unidos. Gelato Festival seguir\u00e1 promoviendo la cultura del helado y su apreciaci\u00f3n en todo el mundo con su camino hacia el campeonato mundial de Gelato Festival World Masters 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n
