Recientemente se ha sabido que hoy, por este intenso fr\u00edo, los b\u00falgaros van a tirarse al agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre es interesante ver que cada pa\u00eds no celebra las fiestas de la misma manera. Como franceses podr\u00edamos considerar que todo el mundo disfrutar\u00e1 hoy de un buen pastel con caf\u00e9 o t\u00e9 como postre. No. Podemos decir que entre Francia y Bulgaria, la celebraci\u00f3n de la Epifan\u00eda es radicalmente diferente.<br><br>Cuando en Francia celebramos la Epifan\u00eda degustando la tradicional \u201cgalette des Rois\u201d, una deliciosa tarta rellena de pasta de almendras o compota de manzana que establece qu\u00e9 invitado ser\u00e1 el rey de la fiesta, en Bulgaria se utiliza un m\u00e9todo mucho m\u00e1s radical. Es incluso completamente inusual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Bulgaria, el 6 de enero <em>Yordanovden<\/em>. Este d\u00eda est\u00e1 estrechamente relacionado con la creencia en la fuerza purificadora del agua.
