Sin embargo, la comida principal de Navidad se toma en la noche de Nochebuena. Esto es lo que hay que saber sobre la celebraci\u00f3n de la Navidad en Bulgaria.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este a\u00f1o ser\u00e1 nuestra primera Navidad en Bulgaria. Nos reuniremos con una familia b\u00falgara amiga nuestra para disfrutar de este acontecimiento tan especial. Una ocasi\u00f3n muy agradable para compartir con vosotros lo que ten\u00e9is que saber sobre c\u00f3mo celebran la Navidad los b\u00falgaros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tiempo de Adviento <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo general, los preparativos para celebrar la Navidad en Bulgaria comienzan unos 40 d\u00edas antes, con la llamada \u00e9poca de Adviento (una estaci\u00f3n que se observa en muchas iglesias cristianas, incluidas las ortodoxas). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D\u00eda de San Ignacio de Antioqu\u00eda<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la verdadera Navidad en Bulgaria es oficialmente el 25 de diciembre, el 20 de diciembre \u201cIgnazhden\u201d (d\u00eda en que se honra a San Ignacio) es tambi\u00e9n una fiesta tradicional en la cultura b\u00falgara. La raz\u00f3n es una leyenda que dice que Mar\u00eda empez\u00f3 a dar a luz a Jes\u00fas ese d\u00eda, pero el parto dur\u00f3 cuatro d\u00edas m\u00e1s, hasta Nochebuena. Sin embargo, el nacimiento no se anunci\u00f3 hasta el d\u00eda 25. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La cena especial de Nochebuena <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso tambi\u00e9n se celebra la noche del 24 de diciembre, Nochebuena (\u201cBudni Vecher\u201d en b\u00falgaro), normalmente con una cena familiar. Las comidas que se sirven esa noche deben ser vegetarianas. Por eso, el men\u00fa de Nochebuena incluye sopa de alubias, hojas de col \u201csarmi\u201d rellenas de arroz, pimientos con arroz, trigo hervido con az\u00facar y nueces, y distintos tipos de pasteles.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las comidas tienen que ser siempre un n\u00famero impar -7, 9 u 11-, al igual que los invitados a la cena familiar. Otro elemento esencial de la cena es la Pitka, un pan redondo especial que contiene una moneda. Si encuentras la moneda, \u00a1tendr\u00e1s mucha suerte durante el a\u00f1o siguiente! La persona de m\u00e1s edad corta el pan y entrega una paz a cada uno de los miembros de la familia presentes en la cena. Al final de la cena, la comida se deja en la mesa hasta la ma\u00f1ana siguiente. La raz\u00f3n es la creencia de la mayor\u00eda de los b\u00falgaros de que los esp\u00edritus de sus antepasados fallecidos podr\u00edan venir a la casa por la noche para comer algo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Carne en Navidad <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El d\u00eda de Navidad, la mayor\u00eda de las familias vuelven a reunirse en torno a la mesa para comer o cenar, pero esta vez el men\u00fa incluye carne. Una comida importante ese d\u00eda es el banitsa, un popular tipo de borek tradicional b\u00falgaro que se prepara con una mezcla de huevos batidos, yogur natural y trozos de queso feta.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El canto tradicional de los koledari<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra interesante costumbre navide\u00f1a es el canto de los Koledari. Se trata de grupos de hombres vestidos con ropas tradicionales conocidas como \u201cnossia\u201d que acuden a las casas y cantan villancicos a las puertas en la noche de Navidad. Las canciones suelen interpretarse dos veces, ya que una parte de los hombres canta la canci\u00f3n una vez y luego los dem\u00e1s la vuelven a cantar. Al final, los koledari reciben comida como recompensa.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El \u00e1rbol de Navidad<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En Navidad, los b\u00falgaros tambi\u00e9n decoran \u00e1rboles de Navidad. Suelen poner el \u00e1rbol dentro de sus casas y colocar debajo los regalos de Navidad. Sin embargo, algunos b\u00falgaros siguen teniendo un bloque navide\u00f1o tradicional llamado \u2018Budnik\u2019, que se lleva a casa la v\u00edspera de Navidad.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pap\u00e1 Noel tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pap\u00e1 Noel tambi\u00e9n forma parte de las celebraciones navide\u00f1as modernas en Bulgaria. Aqu\u00ed la gente lo llama \u2018Dyado Koleda\u2019, que significa Abuelo Navidad, y cuenta historias a sus hijos sobre este anciano de buen coraz\u00f3n que viene en su pizarra y hace regalos a los ni\u00f1os, pero s\u00f3lo a los que se han portado bien durante todo el a\u00f1o.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se podr\u00edan contar muchas m\u00e1s historias sobre la Navidad en Bulgaria. Pero si quiere sentir el ambiente \u00fanico de estas fiestas y celebrarlas como un aut\u00e9ntico b\u00falgaro frente a un \u00e1rbol de Navidad o Budnik comiendo pitka y sarmi, lo que tiene que hacer es reservar cuanto antes unas vacaciones navide\u00f1as en este encantador pa\u00eds balc\u00e1nico.
