Todos necesitamos conocer o descubrir lugares donde sea muy agradable, fresco y c\u00f3modo comer o simplemente tomar una copa en verano. \u201cHecho en azul\u201d<\/em> restaurante en Sof\u00eda es definitivamente uno de ellos. \u00a1Ven, ven, te presento !<\/h3>\n

Sobre el lugar<\/strong>, para los que conocen algunos restaurantes de Sof\u00eda, el \u201cHecho en azul\u201d<\/em> les recordar\u00e1 el nombre de otro lugar de moda en Sof\u00eda. \u00bfCu\u00e1l? \u201cHecho en casa\u201d<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1Bingo !!! Inaugurado en mayo de 2016 (por lo tanto, muy NUEVO !), este lugar at\u00edpico es la hermana peque\u00f1a de la misma para todo nuestro placer.<\/p>\n

Siempre en busca de ese tipo de lugar, reserv\u00e9 mesa inmediatamente para descubrirlo.\u00a0<\/span>Llegados all\u00ed, sabemos que est\u00e1 all\u00ed. Es una casa entera pintada de azul (poco amarillo) con un HERMOSO JARD\u00cdN\/TERRENO<\/span>\u00a0y flores de colores. El exterior es retro y art\u00edstico.\u00a0El interior de la casa es tan sorprendente como su exterior.\u00a0<\/span>To hay otra casa como \u00e9sta en la calle o incluso m\u00e1s lejos.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>El ambiente del lugar no te dejar\u00e1 indiferente y te sentir\u00e1s casi como en casa.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Revivir una vieja casa abandonada es para m\u00ed una idea extraordinaria. <\/strong>Aqu\u00ed se se\u00f1ala el Desaf\u00edo.\u00a0<\/span>As\u00ed que<\/span>\u00a0no te contar\u00e9 m\u00e1s sobre el dise\u00f1o y la arquitectura de este lugar (tampoco hay fotos) para que lo descubras por ti mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sobre las comidas<\/strong>, El \u201cHecho en azul\u201d<\/em>\u00a0restaurante\u00a0parece ofrecer platos que no existen en otros lugares. No es b\u00falgara, ni italiana, ni americana, ni francesa, ni turca, ... es simplemente \u201cMade in Blue\u201d y eso es mucho.<\/strong><\/span> Hummus con ternera y callos, lengua de ternera con teriyaki y r\u00e1banos, Burrito Karnitas con cerdo asado y verduras, mejillones al curry con coco, ensalada con cerezas, caft\u00e1n de ternera a las hierbas con pilaff de bulgur, c<\/em><\/span>filete de pollo y pur\u00e9 de calabac\u00edn,\u00a0<\/em>queso de oveja y pan de ma\u00edz, tarta de queso con frambuesas<\/em>... son algunas de las comidas que hay que descubrir de inmediato y sin ninguna moderaci\u00f3n. Para beber, las limonadas caseras son muy deliciosas y refrescantes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En definitiva, un lugar para pasar un rato agradable y relajante solo, acompa\u00f1ado o con muchos amigos.<\/p>\n
