Vino Orenda es la primera tienda exclusiva de vinos b\u00falgaros en el coraz\u00f3n de Sof\u00eda, con una selecci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 300 referencias.\u00a0vinos de 60 bodegas b\u00falgaras. Bienvenidos a una de las vinotecas b\u00falgaras m\u00e1s acogedoras, donde Valentina y Asen nos dieron la bienvenida para una degustaci\u00f3n muy especial.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n

Abrieron Tienda Vino Orenda\u00a0<\/strong>el 17<\/span>th<\/span> de septiembre de 2012- el d\u00eda de Sof\u00eda y desde que c<\/span>ontin\u00faan transmitiendo su pasi\u00f3n por los vinos b\u00falgaros. Valentina y Asen son dos b\u00falgaros muy simp\u00e1ticos, totalmente apasionados por los vinos b\u00falgaros.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Y eso ya nos hace tener dos puntos en com\u00fan, porque como sab\u00e9is a nosotros tambi\u00e9n nos gusta mucho el vino b\u00falgaro. Durante una cata improvisada muy agradable y amistosa, Valentina nos explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo sucedi\u00f3 todo. T<\/span>l vino fue su afici\u00f3n durante mucho tiempo. Por eso decidieron aprender m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s sobre \u00e9l, probar m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s vinos nuevos hasta convertirse en expertos en vino b\u00falgaro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nHan llevado vino de cada uno de sus viajes y han probado vinos diferentes. Valentina y Asen se han dado cuenta de que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en Bulgaria se han elaborado muchos vinos de buena calidad con visiones modernas por parte de en\u00f3logos entusiastas que desean mostrar la nueva cara de la viticultura b\u00falgara. Quer\u00edan centrarse en ofrecer a sus clientes la oportunidad de conocer tantos vinos b\u00falgaros interesantes como fuera posible en un solo lugar. Y funciona. El lugar es muy agradable, very friendly and\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>ofrece una amplia gama de deliciosos vinos b\u00falgaros con m\u00e1s de 300 vinos\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span>de 60 bodegas b\u00falgaras<\/strong><\/span>. Tinto, blanco, rosado, etc. Todo lo que busque probablemente est\u00e9 all\u00ed y algunos vinos b\u00falgaros s\u00f3lo se pueden encontrar all\u00ed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Con\u00a0<\/span>Vino Orenda, somos\u00a0se centran en peque\u00f1as bodegas familiares con una gama limitada de vinos que no se encuentran en el mercado de masas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Valentina nos cont\u00f3 que\u00a0visitan la mayor\u00eda de las bodegas con las que trabajan. Conocen personalmente a la mayor\u00eda de los propietarios y en\u00f3logos. Para ellos es importante a\u00f1adir valor a la hora de vender: informaci\u00f3n sobre bodegas, historia del vino, datos curiosos.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nNos ofreci\u00f3 degustar algunos vinos y fue un verdadero placer. El peque\u00f1o sof\u00e1 disponible en la tienda a todas horas es realmente agradable. Seguimos haci\u00e9ndole muchas preguntas. Me dijo que yol inter\u00e9s por el vino b\u00falgaro crece cada a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Durante estos casi 5 a\u00f1os, desde que estamos en el mercado, notamos una tendencia de aumento de vinos b\u00falgaros de peque\u00f1os productores en los restaurantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Durante el a\u00f1o pasado se abrieron nuevas tiendas centradas en el vino b\u00falgaro. Pero Valentina y Asen hacer evento m\u00e1s, proponiendo\u00a0catas de vino peri\u00f3dicas: al menos 2 \u00f3 3 al mes<\/strong> con diferentes temas (e<\/span><\/span>que transmiten en su p\u00e1gina de Facebook)<\/span>. Presentan nuevas bodegas, nuevas cosechas, hacen catas a ciegas y de diferentes temas - variedades, regiones, cosechas. Para sus clientes habituales es una buena oportunidad para conocerse, charlar sobre el tema del vino favorito, conocer m\u00e1s datos interesantes sobre las variedades b\u00falgaras. Casi todas las catas cuentan con la presencia de en\u00f3logos, a menudo los propios propietarios. Realizan este tipo de catas a petici\u00f3n previa - para grupos de turistas, para empresas como team building, y resultan muy divertidas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El inter\u00e9s de la gente por el vino b\u00falgaro sigue creciendo. Adem\u00e1s, es una gran noticia porque m<\/span>uchos de sus clientes son extranjeros. En los meses de verano, muchos turistas tambi\u00e9n visitan el\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Vino Orenda\u00a0<\/strong>tienda, abierta para probar y comprar principalmente vinos de variedades t\u00edpicas b\u00falgaras.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A la pregunta que siempre nos gusta hacer de si el vino b\u00falgaro deber\u00eda pensar m\u00e1s en exportar, Valentina nos responde que su misi\u00f3n es tambi\u00e9n aumentar el consumo de vino b\u00falgaro de los b\u00falgaros como principio. Crear inter\u00e9s y b\u00fasqueda por el vino b\u00falgaro. <\/span>Creen que ser\u00e1n sus mejores embajadoras en todo el mundo. En cuanto a sus proyectos furor, Valentina y Asen\u00a0<\/span>decidieron sorprendernos. As\u00ed que, mientras tanto, les seguiremos, continuaremos probando sus vinos, compr\u00e1ndolos y, sobre todo, seguiremos apoy\u00e1ndoles en \u201cRepeat\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
