Bienvenido a Cosmos, una escapada culinaria en el coraz\u00f3n de la capital b\u00falgara.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Abierto en marzo de 2016, a\u00fan no nos hab\u00edamos tomado la molestia de pasar por aqu\u00ed. Algunas personas (\u00a1Hola Radi !) a nuestro alrededor nos hablaron en alg\u00fan momento de <\/span><strong style=\"color: #333333;\">Cosmos\/Kosmos<\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> siempre en muy buenos t\u00e9rminos. No pod\u00edamos esperar m\u00e1s para descubrirlo. El s\u00e1bado pasado, decidimos explorar por primera vez este restaurante cuyas deliciosas fotos en su p\u00e1gina de Facebook ya daban \u201cagua a la boca\u201d. Fuimos muy bien recibidos por el gerente, <strong>Atanas Balev<\/strong>, y su entregado y amable equipo. El lugar es muy dise\u00f1o y moderno, \u201cconceptual\u201d como se presenta.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Grandes ventanales que dejan pasar la luz y le confrontan con el entorno exterior. Cosmos tambi\u00e9n acoge exposiciones temporales.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Podr\u00edamos haber cre\u00eddo estar en cualquier parte del mundo aunque por conocer muy bien Nueva York, tambi\u00e9n nos recordaba a algunos restaurantes del barrio del Soho o incluso del Meatpackage District, algunos de los barrios m\u00e1s de moda de la Gran Manzana. En Cosmos, como en la mayor\u00eda de los restaurantes bugarianos, el men\u00fa enumera peculiarmente el tama\u00f1o de las raciones en gramos. Adem\u00e1s, el local no ofrece 1000 platos, lo que demuestra que los ingredientes son frescos. Como plato principal, elegimos el <\/span><strong style=\"color: #333333;\">Pollo \u201cKavarma\u201d al estilo Radomir<\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0(15,90 levas\/8\u20ac) sin saber lo que \u00edbamos a descubrir, excepto el pollo por supuesto. Nos quedamos totalmente sorprendidos porque adem\u00e1s de un arreglo muy bien orquestado digno de un chef estrellado, este curso fue muy sabroso y refinado. Nos encant\u00f3. En cuanto al postre, el <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Una rosa b\u00falgara<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> con v<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">El bizcocho de anilla, helado de yogur, sorbete de fresas + rosas y merengue de rosas (8,90 levas\/4,5\u20ac) era sabroso, untuoso, original, \u00a1sorprendente! Acompa\u00f1ado por un servicio delicado y atento, nuestro momento en Cosmos fue una sorpresa y un descubrimiento muy agradable. No probamos su vino porque no<span lang=\"en\">Salimos de una cata de vinos a una calle de all\u00ed y no quer\u00edamos emborracharnos. Tomamos s\u00f3lo un<\/span><span lang=\"en\"> agua con gas y estaba perfecto. Entonces, t<\/span>l restaurante no tiene nada que envidiar a Lyonnaise Brasserie como <em><a style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nordsudbrasseries.com\">\u201cBrasserie \u201dLe Nord<\/a><\/em>\u00a0y es realmente un cumplido cuando sabemos que Lyon, Francia, est\u00e1 considerada como la capital mundial de la gastronom\u00eda. As\u00ed pues, \u00a1Bravo Cosmos!
