Sympathique, souriant, parfum\u00e9 au basilic et au pecorino, Volare est le nouveau lieu italien o\u00f9 manger dans la capitale bulgare. Tout le personnel est 100% italien, m\u00eame les 3 cofondateurs. Originaires de Sicile et install\u00e9s \u00e0 Sofia, Giuseppe Di Benedetto, Maurizio Ferreri et Nino Spataro ont lanc\u00e9 le restaurant Volare le 28 octobre 2017, avec l'id\u00e9e de proposer un menu 100% italien. Seuls les l\u00e9gumes proviennent de Bulgarie. Giuseppe Di Benedetto de pr\u00e9ciser \u201cles l\u00e9gumes bulgares sont excellents et tr\u00e8s savoureux. Ils ont gagn\u00e9 leur place dans notre menu italien\u201d. Et c'est vrai. A coup s\u00fbr, nos impressions sont tr\u00e8s bonnes. Sur 2 \u00e9tages et 75 couverts, le restaurant propose \u00e9galement un tr\u00e8s joli jardin, ouvert toute l'ann\u00e9e. Nous y sommes all\u00e9s pour tester plusieurs sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s et vins et nous devons dire que nous y retournerons sans aucun doute ! Giuseppe nous a \u00e9galement accueillis avec diff\u00e9rents vins, qui \u00e9taient tous excellents, tout comme les pizzas.\u00a0<em>Nero d'Avola<\/em>. Il faut savoir que le restaurant propose 75 vins diff\u00e9rents, tous originaires d'Italie. Ensuite, nous avons eu la chance de go\u00fbter les <em>Lasagnes \u00e0 la bolognaise<\/em> et <em>Scaloppine ai Funghi<\/em>. Pour le dessert, nous avons essay\u00e9 le <em>Tiaramisu<\/em>, bien s\u00fbr, et le <em>Cannolo siciliano<\/em> que nous n'avions jamais go\u00fbt\u00e9 auparavant. Nous sentons encore le go\u00fbt de ces d\u00e9licieux desserts dans notre bouche. C'est tellement bon ! Rien de sophistiqu\u00e9, juste des plats de tous les jours que l'on peut manger en Italie, l'original. Ils voulaient transposer un restaurant italien en Bulgarie et offrir une v\u00e9ritable exp\u00e9rience de l'Italie. La nourriture, bien s\u00fbr, mais aussi le personnel, la d\u00e9coration, l'atmosph\u00e8re vous transportent vraiment en Italie sans avoir \u00e0 quitter Sofia. C'est certainement le meilleur restaurant italien que nous ayons jamais mang\u00e9, car la nourriture \u00e9tait excellente, mais l'atmosph\u00e8re jouait \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important dans cette exp\u00e9rience. Nous souhaitons \u00e0 Volare tout le succ\u00e8s qu'il m\u00e9rite, car il s'agit sans aucun doute d'un restaurant que vous ne pouvez pas manquer si vous voulez vraiment faire l'exp\u00e9rience de
