L'adresse a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e par la chef Sevda Dimitrova, gagnante de la deuxi\u00e8me saison de MasterChef Bulgaria. Dans ce nouvel article, nous souhaitons partager nos impressions sur la nourriture, l'endroit et les gens.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Lozonetz, le quartier international de Sofia, le restaurant \u201cAhora\u201d est \u00e0 la fois chic et d\u00e9contract\u00e9. Cette adresse ravira les gourmets locaux et internationaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d'abord, le nom du restaurant \u201cAhora\u201d signifie \u201cMaintenant\u2019 (en espagnol). L'id\u00e9e est que dans le restaurant \u2019Ahora\u201c, la chef et son \u00e9quipe cr\u00e9ent des souvenirs ici et maintenant. La cuisine est sign\u00e9e Sevda Dimitrova, qui a cr\u00e9\u00e9 l'ensemble du menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est par un dimanche soir froid de la semaine de No\u00ebl que nous avons franchi la porte d'entr\u00e9e. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement et chaleureusement accueillis par le serveur du restaurant \u201cAhora\u201d \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e. L'endroit est chaleureux, confortable et tr\u00e8s bien d\u00e9cor\u00e9. Nous avons rencontr\u00e9 la responsable marketing qui nous a gentiment parl\u00e9 du repas que nous allions avoir la chance de d\u00e9guster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons opt\u00e9 pour le menu d\u00e9gustation \u00e0 5 plats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de vous parler de l'exp\u00e9rience culinaire, nous tenons \u00e0 souligner que, du moment o\u00f9 nous sommes entr\u00e9s dans le restaurant jusqu'au moment o\u00f9 nous l'avons quitt\u00e9, nous nous sommes sentis comme dans n'importe quel restaurant gastronomique de l'une de ces grandes capitales comme Paris ou Londres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201c<strong>Salade de maison\u201d <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le menu que nous avons essay\u00e9 \u00e9tait absolument d\u00e9licieux. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par \u201cHome\u201d. Ce plat comprend des poivrons rouges r\u00f4tis, du fromage de buffle katak, des poivrons Padron farcis, de la neige de persil, de la vinaigrette au piment Habanero et aux poivrons pippara, du fenugrec et de la cr\u00e8me de samardala, de l'huile d'olive extra vierge Nobleza del Sur Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l'aspect \u201ca\u00e9rien\u201d et la saveur du plat. Tous les produits cuisin\u00e9s et servis \u00e0 Ahora sont des produits locaux et de saison dans la mesure du possible. De plus, la plupart du temps, ils sont issus de l'agriculture biologique. Les cuisses de grenouilles \u00e9taient tout simplement incroyables. M\u00eame en tant que Fran\u00e7ais, nous n'avons pas l'habitude de manger des cuisses de grenouilles. La plupart des inspirations proviennent des changements de la nature au fil des saisons. Elle s'inspire \u00e9galement des gens qu'elle rencontre et de l'exp\u00e9rience qu'elle acquiert. Bien qu'elle ait beaucoup voyag\u00e9, l'Espagne est, selon Sevda, le pays qui inspire le plus sa cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filet de canard <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons ensuite eu l'occasion de d\u00e9guster <em><strong>\u201cFilet de canard\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. Lorsqu'on le retire, on sent une bonne odeur de vapeur de whisky Jack Daniels. Absolument onctueux et d\u00e9licieux ! On voit dans ce d\u00e9sert toute la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 de la chef Sevda Dimitrova qui s'adresse \u00e0 des clients qui aiment exp\u00e9rimenter de nouvelles choses. Alors si vous voulez vivre un moment de pur plaisir, nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller de r\u00e9server rapidement une table au restaurant \u201cAhora\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne fait aucun doute que le restaurant \u201cAhora\u201d est l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons visit\u00e9s \u00e0 Sofia ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. La cuisine et l'atmosph\u00e8re sont sophistiqu\u00e9es et ne s'adressent \u00e9videmment pas \u00e0 tout le monde.
