La crise de Covid-19 n'\u00e9tait pas pr\u00e9visible. Personne ne pouvait imaginer qu'elle se produirait. A l'exception de quelques cin\u00e9astes d'Hollywood ! En moins de 3 mois, la majeure partie de la population mondiale a \u00e9t\u00e9 confin\u00e9e chez elle \u00e0 cause d'un virus. Chaque \u00c9tat tente de g\u00e9rer cette crise \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re. Qu'en est-il de la Bulgarie ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


Partageant mon temps entre la France et la Bulgarie, je dois dire que j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement positivement surpris par la fa\u00e7on dont la crise de Covid-19 a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9e en Bulgarie. La Bulgarie est d\u00e9finitivement l'un des meilleurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la classe, pour ne pas dire le meilleur, n'en d\u00e9plaise \u00e0 certains expatri\u00e9s qui ne partagent pas mon avis (s'ils lisent ces mots, ils se reconna\u00eetront ;)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Covid-19<\/strong> - Comment la Bulgarie g\u00e8re-t-elle la crise ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Quelques jours seulement apr\u00e8s l'identification des premiers cas du virus Covid-19, le gouvernement bulgare a pris la d\u00e9cision de confiner les gens chez eux. C'est probablement la raison pour laquelle le pays a pu contr\u00f4ler la croissance de la pand\u00e9mie (par rapport aux autres pays). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ainsi, au 03 avril 2020, il y a en Bulgarie, 457 cas confirm\u00e9s de Covid-19, soit 35 cas suppl\u00e9mentaires par rapport au 02 avril 2020. Pour 100 000 habitants, cela repr\u00e9sente 6,34 cas en Bulgarie, contre 89,98 cas de Covid-19 en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ce qui concerne les d\u00e9c\u00e8s, le 3 avril 2020, il y avait 10 d\u00e9c\u00e8s dans le Covid-19 en Bulgarie. Cela repr\u00e9sente 2,19 d\u00e9c\u00e8s pour cent cas de Covid-19 en Bulgarie. A titre de comparaison, cette valeur est de 4,03 en Chine (mais nous savons que les chiffres chinois sont probablement erron\u00e9s), de 12,07 en Italie et de 8,96 en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au 7 avril 2020, 565 cas de coronavirus Covid-19 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9s par les autorit\u00e9s bulgares, dont 22 morts et 42 gu\u00e9ris. La Bulgarie reste relativement \u201c\u00e9pargn\u00e9e\u201d par la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certes, rien n'est encore gagn\u00e9, mais c'est dans la bonne direction. Si l'on compare les chiffres de la Bulgarie avec ceux de l'Italie, de l'Espagne ou de la France, il est certain que la Bulgarie a su d\u00e9montrer sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la crise. Pour une fois, il semble que le fait d'\u00eatre un \u201cpetit\u201d pays, avec moins d'interactions avec le reste du monde, ait \u00e9t\u00e9 un grand avantage !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oui, c'est vrai ! Le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 publique est loin d'\u00eatre le meilleur d'Europe (pas en termes de m\u00e9decins mais en termes de mat\u00e9riel) mais il fonctionne et jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, gr\u00e2ce aux mesures prises par le gouvernement et au fait que les citoyens ont suivi les r\u00e8gles, le syst\u00e8me a pu supporter la situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Covid-19 - \u201cLe beau geste\u201d de la Bulgarie. <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

D'ailleurs, depuis hier, de nombreux articles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s en France dans les plus grands magazines d'information. Tous applaudissent la Bulgarie.<\/strong> Tous parlent de l'exemple bulgare comme du \u201cbeau geste de la Bulgarie\u201d. Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux s'enflamment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En effet, un article de Le Figaro<\/a> Le d\u00e9cret du 7 avril 2020, stipule que les d\u00e9put\u00e9s et les ministres ont donn\u00e9 leurs salaires au syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 publique pendant cette p\u00e9riode exceptionnelle. Le don des d\u00e9put\u00e9s s'\u00e9l\u00e8vera \u00e0 1,44 million de leva. Ils donneront donc environ 740 000 euros, pour la p\u00e9riode d'enfermement. Oui, c'est vrai, ce ne sont pas des milliards d'euros qui vont \u00eatre donn\u00e9s, mais c'est symbolique et inattendu pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate. Certains diront que c'est du pur \u201cmarketing\u201d de la part de la classe politique. Je dirais que m\u00eame si c'\u00e9tait le cas, le geste est beau et tous les pays ne le feraient pas...<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une fois de plus, je n'ai qu'une chose \u00e0 dire : Chapeau !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'\u00e9tat d'urgence a \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9 jusqu'au 13 mai. Amis bulgares, restez chez vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
