L'\u00e9quipement offre les installations de fermentation les plus modernes. Il y a toutes les options pour optimiser et contr\u00f4ler tous les processus de vinification, de maturation, de stabilisation et de mise en bouteille des vins. Au cours de la visite, les amateurs de vin s'initieront aux myst\u00e8res de la vinification.
