Facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et \u00e0 cuisiner, le gyuvetch est un plat incontournable.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Gyuvetch a&nbsp;<span lang=\"en\">plusieurs vertus qui ne peuvent que nous plaire. Certes, c'est d'abord un plat tr\u00e8s sain, avec des ingr\u00e9dients naturels et frais. I<\/span><span lang=\"en\">Il se compose principalement de l\u00e9gumes, d'un peu de viande - mais ce n'est pas une obligation, on peut \u00eatre v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien - et d'un \u0153uf.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Le gyuvetch est un plat fourre-tout populaire que l'on peut pr\u00e9parer avec \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s tout ce que l'on a dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Il tire son nom du plat en poterie dans lequel il est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et servi. Vous trouverez facilement ces poteries en Bulgarie. Vous pouvez manger ce plat dans tous les restaurants typiques de Bulgarie et cuisiner le Gyuvetch \u00e0 la maison partout dans le monde.&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #333333;\">et m\u00eame offrir des poteries \u00e0 vos proches accompagn\u00e9es de la recette<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">. Tout est possible. Disposez en couches altern\u00e9es le fromage, la viande et les l\u00e9gumes, en veillant \u00e0 ce que le fromage se trouve sur le dessus. Faites cuire au four \u00e0 200\u00b0C pendant 40 minutes ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le fromage soit fondu. Cassez l'\u0153uf sur le dessus et remettez au four pour 5 \u00e0 10 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.
