Nous avons tous besoin de conna\u00eetre ou de d\u00e9couvrir des endroits o\u00f9 il est tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able, frais et confortable de prendre un repas ou simplement un verre pendant l'\u00e9t\u00e9. \u201cMade in Blue\u201d<\/em> Le restaurant de Sofia est certainement l'un d'entre eux. Venez, venez, je vous pr\u00e9sente !<\/h3>\n

A propos du lieu<\/strong>, Pour ceux qui connaissent quelques restaurants \u00e0 Sofia, la \u201cMade in Blue\u201d<\/em> leur rappellera le nom d'un autre lieu branch\u00e9 de Sofia. Lequel ? le \u201cFabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison\u201d<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>Bingo ! !! Ouvert en mai 2016 (donc, tout NOUVEAU !), ce lieu atypique en est la petite s\u0153ur pour notre plus grand plaisir.<\/p>\n

Toujours \u00e0 la recherche de ce genre d'endroit, j'ai r\u00e9serv\u00e9 une table imm\u00e9diatement pour le d\u00e9couvrir.\u00a0<\/span>Arriv\u00e9s sur place, nous savons que c'est l\u00e0. C'est une maison enti\u00e8re peinte en bleu (un peu jaune) avec un BEAU JARDIN\/TERRASSE.<\/span>\u00a0et des fleurs color\u00e9es. L'ext\u00e9rieur est r\u00e9tro et artistique.\u00a0L'int\u00e9rieur de la maison est tout aussi surprenant que son ext\u00e9rieur.\u00a0<\/span>TIl n'y a pas d'autre maison comme celle-ci dans la rue ou m\u00eame plus loin.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>L'atmosph\u00e8re du lieu ne vous laissera pas indiff\u00e9rent et vous vous sentirez presque comme chez vous.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Faire revivre une vieille maison abandonn\u00e9e est pour moi une id\u00e9e extraordinaire. <\/strong>Le d\u00e9fi est not\u00e9 ici.\u00a0<\/span>C'est pourquoi j'ai<\/span>\u00a0ne vous en dira pas plus sur le design et l'architecture de ce lieu (pas de photo non plus) afin de vous laisser le d\u00e9couvrir par vous-m\u00eame.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 propos des repas<\/strong>, le \u201cMade in Blue\u201d<\/em>\u00a0restaurant\u00a0semble proposer des plats qui n'existent pas ailleurs. Ce n'est ni bulgare, ni italien, ni am\u00e9ricain, ni fran\u00e7ais, ni turc, ... c'est juste \u201cMade in Blue\u201d et c'est d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup.<\/strong><\/span> Hummus au veau et aux tripes, langue de veau au teriyaki et aux radis, burrito Karnitas au porc r\u00f4ti et aux l\u00e9gumes, moules au curry et \u00e0 la noix de coco, salade aux cerises, caftan de b\u0153uf aux herbes avec pilaf de boulgour, c<\/em><\/span>filet de poulet et pur\u00e9e de courgettes,\u00a0<\/em>fromage de brebis et pain de ma\u00efs, g\u00e2teau au fromage \u00e0 la framboise<\/em>... sont autant de plats \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir imm\u00e9diatement et sans mod\u00e9ration. Pour les boissons, les limonades maison sont d\u00e9licieuses et rafra\u00eechissantes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il s'agit donc d'un endroit o\u00f9 l'on peut passer un bon moment de d\u00e9tente seul, ensemble ou avec beaucoup d'amis.<\/p>\n
