Le\u00a0<\/b>Fondation Credo Bonum<\/b><\/i>\u00a0vous offre pour quelques jours la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler ailleurs, en dehors et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame autrement. Quelle bonne id\u00e9e ! Quelle bonne id\u00e9e !<\/i>\u00a0Je suis totalement fan et cela se voit. J'avais l'habitude de travailler chez moi, parfois seule, sans jardin et sans profiter du soleil. En \u00e9t\u00e9, comme il fait tr\u00e8s beau en Bulgarie, j'aimerais travailler hors du bureau, m'installer dans un espace public, \u00e0 la terrasse d'un caf\u00e9 ou sur un lieu ext\u00e9rieur connect\u00e9 pour travailler mais ce n'est jamais le bon moment pour moi (juste un pr\u00e9texte je pense ou parce que tous les lieux publics ne sont pas adapt\u00e9s au travail..., pas de wifi gratuit, etc...). Les\u00a0Credo Bonum<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/b>Foundation, \u00e0 Sofia, en Bulgarie, semble avoir trouv\u00e9 une id\u00e9e int\u00e9ressante pour travailler ailleurs que dans son espace de travail habituel.<\/p>\n

L'initiative appel\u00e9e\u00a0\u201cEn dehors du bureau\u201d <\/i>est\u00a0<\/i>un bureau ouvert dans un jardin pour tous<\/b>, La Commission europ\u00e9enne a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en place un programme d'aide \u00e0 l'emploi et \u00e0 la formation professionnelle, du 13 au 22 juillet. Un espace temporaire, mais de quelques jours seulement, est une tr\u00e8s bonne chose. Bien s\u00fbr, cet espace n'est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les types d'activit\u00e9s. La Fondation Credo Bonum a fix\u00e9 un objectif ici aussi pour observer le profil des personnes qui viennent ici et leurs m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n

Il fallait que je voie \u00e7a, de toute urgence. J'ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de passer quelques heures ce matin dans cet espace atypique. Arriv\u00e9 sur place de bonne heure (j'\u00e9tais le premier), \u00e0 9h15, j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s gentiment accueilli par Simeon Vassilev<\/em>, l'un des organisateurs de la conf\u00e9rence \u201cHors service\u201d <\/em>session. <\/em>Juste le temps de prendre quelques photos de l'endroit avant que les gens ne commencent \u00e0 arriver. L'espace est tr\u00e8s bien am\u00e9nag\u00e9 et il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour travailler. Il est possible d'\u00eatre 30 travailleurs ici, peut-\u00eatre plus. Des boissons (eau, caf\u00e9, jus de carotte, etc.) sont disponibles gratuitement. Le jardin est gratuit pour toutes les personnes qui souhaitent changer leurs conditions de travail habituelles pour travailler dans un paysage urbain. L'espace de travail ext\u00e9rieur offre toutes les conditions de travail n\u00e9cessaires, comme le WIFI, l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour les appareils mobiles, le mobilier con\u00e7u par\u00a0Peter Torniov<\/i>\u00a0et diverses installations de d\u00e9tente, avec m\u00eame la possibilit\u00e9 de faire une sieste... Tout simplement parfait, je peux le dire : \u201cQuoi d'autre ?.<\/em><\/p>\n

J'ai pu r\u00e9diger mon article dans de merveilleuses conditions de d\u00e9tente.\u00a0<\/span>C'est donc certain,\u00a0i<\/em>Ce fut un r\u00e9el plaisir de s\u00e9journer ici pour travailler.<\/p>\n

Cette belle initiative a pour but de nous montrer les avantages du travail dans la nature associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du stress et \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de la sant\u00e9 physique. Selon certaines \u00e9tudes internationales, les nouvelles conditions de travail c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9es par la Fondation Credo Bonum, comme le travail dans la nature, nous rendent plus productifs, plus concentr\u00e9s, moins stress\u00e9s et am\u00e9liorent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la qualit\u00e9 de notre travail et de notre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pendant ces 10 jours (moins maintenant -> m\u00eame 3 jours : mer\/thu\/fri), il y aura des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sp\u00e9ciaux organis\u00e9s dans ce lieu, comme des d\u00e9bats publics, des interventions, des d\u00e9gustations, etc., et la possibilit\u00e9 de rencontrer beaucoup de gens int\u00e9ressants ici.<\/p>\n
