Je sais, je sais... Je vis \u00e0 Sofia depuis 2 ans et je n'ai pas fait le One More Bar...\u00a0Je suis impardonnable.\u00a0<\/span>Cet endroit est tout simplement TR\u00c8S c\u00e9l\u00e8bre, peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame l'un des bars les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres de Sofia. Tous les gens qui vivent ici connaissent le One More Bar. Mais pour moi, c'\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re fois. Oui, la premi\u00e8re fois ! Peut-\u00eatre parce que, comme beaucoup de gens, j'ai l'habitude d'aller toujours ou tr\u00e8s souvent dans les m\u00eames endroits que j'aime \u00e0 Sofia. Lundi dernier, Radi, un ami, m'a donc propos\u00e9 d'aller prendre un caf\u00e9 au Un bar de plus<\/strong> \u00e0 10 heures du matin et elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement surprise lorsque je lui ai dit que j'irai voir le Google Maps<\/em><\/a><\/span> o\u00f9 il se trouvait exactement. Surpris, car il est impossible de ne pas conna\u00eetre cet endroit.<\/p>\n

\"Un<\/p>\n

Pour la petite histoire<\/strong>, One More Bar est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 une des rues embl\u00e9matiques de la capitale,<\/span>\u00a0tr\u00e8s populaires, les Rue Shishman<\/strong>. Il se d\u00e9roule dans une ancienne maison de ville bulgare jaune, qui fait partie de l'histoire de la ville. Petar Marinov et Evelina Kurteva ont conserv\u00e9 une partie de l'int\u00e9rieur de la maison familiale construite dans les ann\u00e9es 30, au cours du si\u00e8cle dernier, par des banquiers. Les frises anciennes sont toujours l\u00e0, ainsi que la chemin\u00e9e du plafond qui prend place en face de l'entr\u00e9e. Le lieu joue avec la lumi\u00e8re et le mobilier\u00a0et donne une atmosph\u00e8re tr\u00e8s chaleureuse\u00a0<\/span>pour la conversation, apr\u00e8s le travail, avec des amis,\u00a0<\/span>agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d'une bonne musique, jazzy, d'un cocktail ou d'un d\u00e9licieux verre de vin.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Un<\/p>\n

9 : 00am : Temps pour un caf\u00e9 -<\/strong><\/span> Je suis arriv\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t\u00a0d'avoir le temps de d\u00e9couvrir les lieux avant mon rendez-vous. A cette heure-ci, le matin, l'endroit est tr\u00e8s calme. C'est le d\u00e9but de la journ\u00e9e et certains prennent le temps de boire leur premier ou deuxi\u00e8me caf\u00e9 de la journ\u00e9e,\u00a0<\/span>Ils se connectent \u00e0 leur ordinateur ou lisent le journal. L'atmosph\u00e8re est tr\u00e8s calme pour commencer une belle journ\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Un<\/p>\n

10:00am : C'est l'heure de la \u201csession hors bureau\u201d -<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>L'int\u00e9rieur du bar est aussi int\u00e9ressant que l'ext\u00e9rieur. Ces deux espaces sont totalement compl\u00e9mentaires et vous pouvez vous d\u00e9placer de l'ext\u00e9rieur vers l'int\u00e9rieur.\u00a0<\/span>selon vos envies. Je peux donc vous en dire plus car je pense que ce lieu, l'int\u00e9rieur comme le jardin, est tout \u00e0 fait adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 une vie de famille. Les personnes qui travaillent en dehors des heures de bureau ou les ind\u00e9pendants qui cherchent \u00e0 travailler en dehors de chez eux ou \u00e0 rencontrer des gens. J'aimerais y retourner pour \u00e9crire mon prochain article car l'ambiance du One More Bar est tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able et calme pour cela. Pour \u00eatre optimal, le Wifi est disponible partout dans le lieu.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

12h30 : D\u00e9jeuner de cuisine europ\u00e9enne -<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>Frais, l\u00e9ger, color\u00e9, app\u00e9tissant, tout ce qu'il faut pour \u00eatre heureux. S<\/span>Les plats sont servis dans des assiettes en totale ad\u00e9quation avec le lieu pour une immersion parfaite. L'histoire continue....<\/span><\/p>\n

4:00pm : Heure des \u00e9v\u00e9nements -<\/span><\/strong> \u00a0Parfois, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements y sont organis\u00e9s, comme le\u00a0\u201cBric A Brac\u201d<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u00e9v\u00e9nement\u00a0<\/span>cet \u00e9t\u00e9<\/span>\u00a0avec beaucoup de belles choses tr\u00e8s vintage.<\/p>\n

6:00pm : Temps pour savourer un d\u00e9licieux cocktail color\u00e9 fait maison.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0One More Bar One more bar est r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour son hospitalit\u00e9 et ses cocktails cr\u00e9atifs. Le bar est le premier \u00e0 servir des cocktails biologiques et v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens sur le march\u00e9.<\/strong>\u00a0Tout simplement impossible\u00a0<\/span>de ne pas succomber \u00e0 l'\u00e9dition limit\u00e9e de son cocktail Bloody Mary.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
