Elle est&nbsp;<\/span>une soupe froide blanche \u00e0 base de yaourt et de concombres, tr\u00e8s populaire en Bulgarie, principalement en \u00e9t\u00e9, pour son go\u00fbt et sa saveur.<span lang=\"en\"> effet de refroidissement<\/span>. Bien s\u00fbr, ce n'est pas l'id\u00e9e que l'on se fait habituellement d'une soupe. <span lang=\"en\">Tr\u00e8s facile et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, sain, on ne se lasse pas d'en manger. Je partage avec vous une recette tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La plupart des Bulgares aiment le tarator.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Y<span lang=\"en\">Vous pouvez le d\u00e9guster comme un petit verre, comme un ap\u00e9ritif ou comme un plat principal si vous n'avez pas particuli\u00e8rement envie de d\u00eener.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vous pouvez d\u00e9guster cette soupe froide dans tous les restaurants bulgares, partout en Bulgarie et, apparemment, dans le monde entier.&nbsp;<strong>les recettes varient selon les r\u00e9gions.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Le tarator est consomm\u00e9 en Bulgarie, en Mac\u00e9doine et en Albanie, soit comme intrant dans une soupe, soit comme plat principal en accompagnement d'une salade.&nbsp;<\/strong>Les principaux ingr\u00e9dients du tarator sont le yaourt, les concombres, les \u00e9pices et l'huile. J'aime ce plat principalement comme une petite boisson pour la journ\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #000000;\">ap\u00e9ritif, lorsque je re\u00e7ois des invit\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison, que je pr\u00e9sente dans de petits verres transparents.
