{"id":5203,"date":"2016-11-29T10:02:40","date_gmt":"2016-11-29T07:02:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/madamebulgaria.com\/?p=5203"},"modified":"2018-12-02T11:28:37","modified_gmt":"2018-12-02T08:28:37","slug":"pecheni-yabalki-dessert-bulgare-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/madamebulgaria.com\/fr\/pecheni-yabalki-dessert-bulgare-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Pecheni Yabalki #3"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span lang=\"en\">Ce que nous ne ferions pas pour de bonnes pommes cuites au four ou\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\"><em>Pecheni Yabalki\u00a0<\/em><\/span><span lang=\"en\">?\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">Par exemple, braver la neige et le froid. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">Lorsque nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 nous int\u00e9resser \u00e0 la cuisine bulgare, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que la pomme au four \u00e9tait une recette traditionnelle en Bulgarie \u00e9galement. <\/span><span lang=\"en\">W<\/span><span lang=\"en\">vec la neige qui tombe et le froid qui s\u00e9vit \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur, c'est le dessert id\u00e9al.<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Mon premier souvenir d'une pomme cuite ou d'un <em>Pecheni Yabalki<\/em> \u00e9tait chez ma m\u00e8re qui, parfois le mercredi apr\u00e8s-midi, me le cuisinait avec du sucre ou du miel.<span lang=\"en\">selon les souhaits de chacun.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">Pecheni Yabalki est\u00a0<\/span>probablement le dessert bulgare le plus facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer avec seulement des pommes, du beurre et du sucre <em>ou<\/em> du miel pour les ingr\u00e9dients principaux et quelques minutes seulement pour le pr\u00e9parer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">T<span lang=\"en\">ajout de noix dans la recette bulgare traditionnelle rend les Pecheni Yabalki uniques.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">J'ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'affronter la neige et le sol glissant pour acheter les quelques ingr\u00e9dients qui me manquent pour r\u00e9aliser exactement la recette (<\/span><span lang=\"en\">Noix et cannelle)<\/span><span lang=\"en\">. En Bulgarie, pour les fruits et l\u00e9gumes,\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">fruits secs, etc., je fais enti\u00e8rement confiance \u00e0 mes \u201cpetits\u201d commer\u00e7ants habituels proches de chez moi. Il est peut-\u00eatre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ne pas suivre la recette \u00e0 la lettre. Nous<\/span>\u00a0n'a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 que 2 pommes (mais a partag\u00e9 les portions pour 4), avec la peau parce qu'elle est plus facile \u00e0 enlever.<span lang=\"en\">\u00a0est riche en vitamines et en min\u00e9raux et, en Bulgarie, il n'y a pas beaucoup de p<\/span><span lang=\"en\">esticide pendant la culture.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span lang=\"en\">La pomme est \u00e9galement le meilleur fruit pour la sant\u00e9, selon les chercheurs.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">La pomme est \u00e0 l'honneur en Bulgarie et poss\u00e8de de multiples vertus.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">Il a un effet anti-stress, sa vitamine C donne de la vitalit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'organisme et la vitamine E qu'il contient r\u00e9duit la cellulite (Ahh, f<\/span><span lang=\"en\">Enfin un argument de poids !).
