Pas de panique quand on vous dit que lors d'une escapade \u00e0 Sofia nous avons test\u00e9 Raffaello, Pierre ou encore Marie-Anttoinette, tous si d\u00e9licieux. Nous\u00a0vient de d\u00e9couvrir <\/span>une tr\u00e8s belle marque de macarons,\u00a0Chez Fefe<\/em>, la premi\u00e8re marque fran\u00e7aise de macarons\u00a0<\/span>en Bulgarie.<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements sp\u00e9ciaux de No\u00ebl sont<\/span>\u00a0super bien organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Sofia, et une belle occasion de d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles marques bulgares ayant leur stand \u00e0 Sofia.<\/span>\u00a0C'est au cours de l'une d'entre elles que nous avons d\u00e9couvert Chez Fefe, une p\u00e2tisserie fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 base de macarons.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Naturellement, vous pouvez facilement imaginer le nombre de personnes (surtout des femmes..) coinc\u00e9es devant le stand de No\u00ebl, captiv\u00e9es par la quantit\u00e9 astronomique de jolis macarons color\u00e9s qui attendent d'\u00eatre croqu\u00e9s. Raffaello<\/em> ont l'air super sympa, mais qu'on aimerait bien go\u00fbter aussi Carmen<\/em> ou Pierre<\/em>..<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Quelques jours plus tard, nous nous sommes rendus au magasin du centre-ville de Sofia, pr\u00e8s du boulevard Vitosha. Ici, il est possible de s'installer pour<\/span>\u00a0un caf\u00e9 ou un th\u00e9 tr\u00e8s aromatique, ou un jus de fruit frais sp\u00e9cial tout en d\u00e9gustant des macarons. Geya, la fondatrice de Chez Fefe, une femme tr\u00e8s sympathique et passionn\u00e9e, nous a accueillis. Nous passons un moment tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able \u00e0 d\u00e9guster Raffaello et bien d'autres (en 4 mots : onctueux, d\u00e9licat, croustillant et diabolique -> car \u201cEncore, encore, encore<\/em>\u201c) avec un d\u00e9licieux jus de fruit rouge frais. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Geya nous a beaucoup parl\u00e9 de sa marque et de sa fa\u00e7on de faire des macarons, en suivant compl\u00e8tement la doctrine culinaire fran\u00e7aise. Chaque jour, les p\u00e2tissiers pr\u00e9parent manuellement dans une cuisine enti\u00e8rement ouverte, devant les clients, les 20 sortes de macarons appel\u00e9s par un nom personnel (Pierre<\/strong> : fruit de la passion de Tha\u00eflande avec du chocolat au lait ; Marie<\/strong>\u00a0Le go\u00fbt : framboise fra\u00eeche avec des notes de citron ; Raffaello<\/strong> Le m\u00e9lange de la noix de coco et du rhum blanc, de l'ananas et du chocolat blanc ; Fran\u00e7ois<\/strong> :\u00a0<\/span>chocolat au lait doux avec des noisettes ; Rosette<\/strong> : rosa\u00a0<\/span>yaourt et framboises s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, etc...). T<\/span>es p\u00e2tes \u00e0 macaron sont fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 la main, chacune passant au moins 11 fois entre les mains d'un ma\u00eetre confiseur avant d'arriver dans la vitrine de la boutique.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
