Le 14 f\u00e9vrier, la Saint-Valentin est c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e dans de nombreux pays. La Bulgarie c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00e9galement la f\u00eate des vignerons et des viticulteurs, connue sous le nom de St. Trifon Zarezan. <\/em>En outre, cette c\u00e9l\u00e9bration traditionnelle et ancienne du vin bulgare est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

En passant quelques jours \u00e0 Plovdiv, les\u00a0Capitale europ\u00e9enne de la culture 2019<\/a>,\u00a0<\/a><\/span>\u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode serait une tr\u00e8s bonne occasion de d\u00e9couvrir l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement et sa c\u00e9l\u00e9bration \u00e0 l'occasion de la Journ\u00e9e mondiale de l'environnement.\u00a0<\/span>Brestovitsa<\/a>, La capitale du vin bulgare, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour ses vignobles et ses vins, est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 seulement 18 km au sud de Plovdiv.\u00a0et<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>140 km de Sofia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

B<\/span>es Hongrois c\u00e9l\u00e8brent la Saint Trifon Zarezan par des rituels folkloriques dans les villages viticoles de tout le pays. A<\/span>\u00a0Le matin, on pr\u00e9pare tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t du pain et une poule remplie de riz et de boulgour. Les hommes du village prennent ensuite de la nourriture et une jarre de vin et se rendent \u00e0 la vigne. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ils y accomplissent un rite de fertilit\u00e9 pour la terre qui consiste \u00e0 prendre quelques branches et \u00e0 verser du vin dans le sol. Ce rituel est appel\u00e9 \u0437\u0430\u0440\u044f\u0437\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0435 (zariyazvane), d'o\u00f9 le nom de Zarezan. Wous avons tous quitt\u00e9 la place du village en fin de matin\u00e9e dans un d\u00e9fil\u00e9 compos\u00e9 de musiciens, de porteurs et de jeunes filles en costumes traditionnels bulgares pour rejoindre le vignoble.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sur place, le Pape a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un rituel et des hommes ont choisi un \u201croi de la vigne\u201d et l'ont orn\u00e9 de couronnes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s\u00a0<\/span>quelques photos avec le Pape et le maire du village,\u00a0<\/span>nous sommes retourn\u00e9s au village et avons visit\u00e9 tous les foyers o<\/span>r presque car au village, tout le monde fait du vin. Oui, tout le monde !\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>La tradition veut que la dame de chaque maison donne du vin, d'abord au \u201croi\u201d, puis \u00e0 tous les autres membres du groupe, et qu'une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction d'abondance soit prononc\u00e9e. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tous les domaines viticoles c\u00e9l\u00e9braient la St. Trifon Zarezan avec des tables remplies de plats locaux et traditionnels (si d\u00e9licieux), et proposaient leurs vins en d\u00e9gustation.<\/span>n ambiance festive et des danses bulgares. <\/span><\/p>\n

Nous avons visit\u00e9 de nombreux vignobles tels que La cave \u00e0 vin Todoroff<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>construit en 1945 par un ancien grand violoniste bulgare, Cave de Brestovitsa<\/a>\u00a0construit \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 30 du si\u00e8cle dernier et con\u00e7u par des ing\u00e9nieurs fran\u00e7ais, Domaine viticole de Bendida<\/a>,\u00a0Villa Vinifera<\/a>\u00a0ou plus loin, mais tr\u00e8s c\u00e9l\u00e8bre dans la r\u00e9gion,\u00a0Villa Yustina<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il existe de nombreuses versions folkloriques de la mani\u00e8re dont cette journ\u00e9e est c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e dans les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du pays, ainsi que de nombreuses l\u00e9gendes sur l'identit\u00e9 de Trifon.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

L'un d'entre eux :\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSaint Trifon est n\u00e9 en 225 apr\u00e8s J.-C. dans le village de Kossada, en Phrygie, en Asie Mineure. Ses parents \u00e9taient des gens vertueux qui, d\u00e8s son plus jeune \u00e2ge, lui ont inculqu\u00e9 l'amour et la d\u00e9votion envers Dieu. Leurs efforts ont rapidement port\u00e9 leurs fruits, car Trifon a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 accomplir des miracles d\u00e8s l'enfance. Il est devenu c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge de 17 ans lorsqu'il a gu\u00e9ri la fille de l'empereur romain Gordien.
