Voici tout ce qu'il faut savoir sur cette semaine de d\u00e9gustation tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9ciale.<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Quoi :\u00a0<\/strong>La Sofia Restaurant Week \u201cSRW\u201d est un festival tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cial et dynamique qui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre la diversit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des restaurants de Sofia. Pour sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition en septembre 2016, plus de 6000 personnes ont test\u00e9 les restaurants les plus excitants de Sofia. Pendant cette d\u00e9licieuse semaine, les restaurants participants proposeront un menu fixe de 3 plats (hors boissons et pourboires). Premier plat : salade, entr\u00e9e ou soupe ; pour le deuxi\u00e8me plat, un plat principal et pour le troisi\u00e8me plat, un dessert. Ces restaurants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis pour la haute qualit\u00e9 de leur cuisine, l'excellence de leur service, leur int\u00e9rieur particulier, leur jardin ou toute autre caract\u00e9ristique remarquable. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Qui organise le SRW :<\/strong>\u00a0La Sofia Restaurant Week est organis\u00e9e par les principaux guides \u00e9lectroniques et imprim\u00e9s en bulgare et en anglais sur les divertissements, les restaurants et les bars de Sofia : Zavedenia.bg et Sofia In Your Pocket.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>O\u00f9 :<\/strong>\u00a0Le festival de la semaine des restaurants de Sofia se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 <strong>Sofia<\/strong>, la capitale bulgare (nous esp\u00e9rons que ce sera bient\u00f4t le cas partout en Bulgarie).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Quand :<\/strong>\u00a0Pendant 1 semaine,<strong> du 7 au 13 mai, pour le d\u00e9jeuner ou le d\u00eener<\/strong> (ou les deux), vous pouvez choisir de d\u00e9guster le menu sp\u00e9cial d'un restaurant participant et, en fonction des places encore disponibles, vous pouvez r\u00e9server i<\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #333333;\">n tous les restaurants si vous le souhaitez et ainsi go\u00fbter \u00e0 tous les menus (et oublier votre bikini pour une semaine seulement...).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Combien de restaurants : pas seulement 1, pas seulement 10 mais 25 restaurants !<\/strong> participent \u00e0 l'\u00e9dition 2017 de la Sofia Restaurant Week. 2 d'entre eux proposent un choix de deux lieux, soit 27 lieux au total.
