Cosa c'\u00e8 di pi\u00f9 sul ristorante italiano pi\u00f9 autentico di Sofia?<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><em>Aggiornamento novembre 2018 : Chiuso <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Che bello questo nuovo indirizzo! Cordiale, sorridente, profumato di basilico e pecorino, Volare \u00e8 il nuovo locale italiano dove mangiare nella capitale bulgara. Tutto lo staff \u00e8 italiano al 100%, anche i 3 cofondatori. Originari della Sicilia e residenti a Sofia, Giuseppe Di Benedetto, Maurizio Ferreri e Nino Spataro hanno lanciato il ristorante Volare il 28 ottobre 2017, con l'idea di offrire un menu 100% italiano. Solo le verdure provengono dalla Bulgaria. Giuseppe Di Benedetto a precisare \u201cle verdure bulgare sono ottime e molto gustose. Hanno conquistato il loro posto nel nostro menu italiano\u201d. Ed \u00e8 vero. Di sicuro, le nostre impressioni sono davvero buone. Su 2 piani e 75 coperti, il ristorante offre anche un grazioso giardino, aperto tutto l'anno. Siamo andati a provare diverse specialit\u00e0 e vini e dobbiamo dire che ci torneremo sicuramente! Giuseppe ci ha anche accolti con diversi vini che sono stati tutti sorprendenti come il\u00a0<em>Nero d'Avola<\/em>. Da notare che il ristorante offre 75 vini diversi, tutti italiani. Poi, abbiamo avuto la possibilit\u00e0 di assaggiare la <em>Lasagne alla bolognese<\/em> e <em>Scaloppine ai Funghi<\/em>. Per il deserto, abbiamo provato il <em>Tiaramisu<\/em>, naturalmente, e il <em>Cannolo siciliano<\/em> che non avevamo mai assaggiato prima. Sentiamo ancora in bocca il sapore di questi deliziosi dessert. Cos\u00ec buono! Niente di sofisticato, solo i piatti di tutti i giorni che si mangiano in Italia, l'originale. Volevano trasporre un ristorante italiano in Bulgaria e offrire una vera esperienza dell'Italia. Il cibo, naturalmente, ma anche il personale, l'arredamento, l'atmosfera vi trasportano davvero in Italia senza dover lasciare Sofia. Di sicuro, questo \u00e8 il miglior ristorante italiano in cui abbiamo mangiato, perch\u00e9 il cibo era eccellente ma anche l'atmosfera giocava un ruolo importante in questa esperienza. Auguriamo a Volare tutto il successo che merita perch\u00e9, senza dubbio, questo \u00e8 un ristorante da non perdere se si vuole davvero vivere l'Italia.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11372\"
