Certo, non \u00e8 una cosa tipica quando si pensa alla zuppa. <span lang=\"en\">Molto facile e veloce da preparare, sano, non ci si annoia mai di mangiarlo. Condivido con voi una ricetta molto semplice da preparare.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La maggior parte dei bulgari ama il tarator.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Y<span lang=\"en\">Si pu\u00f2 gustare come aperitivo, come antipasto o come piatto principale se non si ha molta voglia di cenare.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Questa zuppa fredda si pu\u00f2 gustare in tutti i ristoranti bulgari, ovunque in Bulgaria e, a quanto pare, anche in Italia.&nbsp;<strong>le ricette variano a seconda della regione.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Il tarator viene consumato in Bulgaria, Macedonia e Albania, sia come ingrediente di una zuppa che come contorno di un'insalata.&nbsp;<\/strong>Gli ingredienti principali del tarator sono yogurt, cetrioli, spezie e olio. Amo questo piatto soprattutto come bevanda breve per il&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #000000;\">aperitivo, quando ho ospiti a casa, che presento in piccoli bicchieri trasparenti. Per renderlo abbastanza liquido, si pu\u00f2 aggiungere un po' d'acqua (ma non molta). Schiacciare le noci e tritare le erbe. Sbucciare e schiacciare l'aglio degerminante. Mescolare bene questi ingredienti. Sbucciare il cetriolo, togliere i semi e tagliarlo a pezzetti. Quindi, per preparare pi\u00f9 velocemente la zuppa, \u00e8 sufficiente mettere tutti gli ingredienti nella ciotola del frullatore e farli lavorare. Raffreddare e conservare in frigorifero 30 minuti prima di servire la deliziosa zuppa.
