In Sofia kun je niet zeggen dat je een Italiaans restaurant hebt geproefd, tenzij je een tafel hebt gereserveerd bij Volare. Wat is er meer over het meest authentieke Italiaanse restaurant in Sofia?<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><em>Update november 2018 : Gesloten <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hoe mooi is dit nieuwe adres! Vriendelijk, glimlachend, geparfumeerd met basilicum en pecorino, Volare is de nieuwe Italiaanse eetgelegenheid in de Bulgaarse hoofdstad. Al het personeel is 100% Italiaans, zelfs de 3 medeoprichters. Giuseppe Di Benedetto, Maurizio Ferreri en Nino Spataro, afkomstig uit Sicili\u00eb en woonachtig in Sofia, lanceerden restaurant Volare op 28 oktober 2017, met het idee om een menu 100% Italiaans aan te bieden. Alleen groenten komen uit Bulgarije. Giuseppe Di Benedetto te specificeren \u201cde Bulgaarse groenten zijn uitstekend en erg lekker. Ze wonnen hun plaats in onze Italiaanse menu\u201d. En het is waar. Onze indrukken zijn echt goed. Het restaurant heeft 2 verdiepingen met 75 plaatsen en biedt ook een mooie tuin die het hele jaar door geopend is. We zijn er geweest om verschillende specialiteiten en wijnen te testen en we moeten zeggen dat we zeker terug zullen gaan! Giuseppe begroette ons ook met verschillende wijnen die allemaal geweldig waren als de\u00a0<em>Nero d'Avola<\/em>. Opgemerkt moet worden dat het restaurant 75 verschillende wijnen aanbiedt, allemaal uit Itali\u00eb. Daarna kregen we de kans om de <em>Lasagne Bolognese<\/em> en <em>Scaloppine ai Funghi<\/em>. Als toetje probeerden we de <em>Tiaramisu<\/em>, natuurlijk, en de <em>Cannolo siciliano<\/em> die we nog nooit geproefd hadden. We kunnen de smaak van deze heerlijke desserts nog steeds in onze mond voelen. Zo lekker! Niets bijzonders, gewoon alledaagse gerechten die je in Itali\u00eb kunt eten, het origineel. Ze wilden een Italiaans restaurant in Bulgarije omzetten en een echte Itali\u00eb-ervaring bieden. Het eten natuurlijk, maar ook het personeel, de inrichting en de sfeer brengen je echt naar Itali\u00eb zonder dat je Sofia hoeft te verlaten. Dit is zeker het beste Italiaanse restaurant waar we ooit hebben gegeten, want het eten was uitstekend, maar de hele sfeer speelde ook een belangrijke rol in die ervaring. We wensen Volare al het succes dat het verdient, want zonder twijfel is dit een restaurant dat je niet mag missen als je Itali\u00eb echt wilt ervaren.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11372\"
