Vanaf 20 april<\/span>th<\/span> tot 30 april<\/span>th<\/span> de 11<\/span>th<\/span> editie van de <\/span>Internationaal Festival voor Hedendaagse Dans en Performance <\/span>Antistatisch<\/span><\/i> zal plaatsvinden in Sofia. 10 dagen, 18 voorstellingen - blijf kalm en dans verder!<\/span><\/h4>\n

Na meer dan 10 jaar en meer dan 100 optredens van artiesten uit 5 verschillende continenten, <\/span>Antistatisch<\/span><\/i> - een van de meest duurzame en gerenommeerde initiatieven voor hedendaagse podiumkunst in de hoofdstad en in Bulgarije - kondigt een artistiek <\/span>\u201cNoodtoestand<\/b>\u201d<\/i><\/b>. De oprichters van het festival, de kunstenaars Iva Sveshtarova, Willy Prager en Stephan A. Shtereff, beschrijven het op deze manier : \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOnze hedendaagse wereld houdt vol dat \u201ceen noodtoestand\u201d te maken heeft met dreiging, angst, terrorisme en controle. Echter, in <\/span>Antistatisch<\/span><\/i>\u2019eigen dimensie zijn de normen die van buitenaf worden opgelegd automatisch niet meer geldig. Voor ons betekent \u201ceen noodtoestand\u201d nu dus dat we een territorium opeisen, waar we de regels door elkaar husselen en meer ruimte cre\u00ebren voor hedendaagse kunst. Bovendien reserveren we de ruimte die we nodig hebben voor de eerste \u201c<\/span>Bulgaars dansplatform<\/span><\/a>\u201d van <\/span>Antistatisch<\/span><\/i> gebeuren. Dus - blijf kalm en dans verder! Het zal WOW zijn, we zullen dans spreken, het zal romantisch zijn en het belangrijkste - het zal demilitariserend zijn.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Antistatisch<\/span><\/p>\n

Op 20 april<\/span>th<\/span> Antistatisch<\/span><\/i>\u2019Het internationale programma begint pompeus met de 4 solo's die samen \u201c<\/span>HOMMAGES<\/span><\/a>\u201d van de legendarische danser, choreograaf, zanger en leraar <\/span>Mark Tompkins<\/b> (USA\/Frankrijk), die de Society of Dramatic Authors Composers (SACD) Choreography Prize heeft ontvangen voor al zijn werk en voor de allereerste keer naar Bulgarije komt. Gedreven door zijn eindeloze nieuwsgierigheid naar de overdreven theatraliteit en erotiek van cabaret en music hall, plaatst hij zichzelf in de positie van vier artiesten die van grote betekenis zijn voor de moderne dansgeschiedenis - Vaslav Nijinski, Valeska Gert, Josephine Baker, Harry Sheppard - en brengt hen zijn gedenkwaardige eerbetoon.<\/span><\/p>\n

Volgende in het programma op 21 april<\/span>st<\/span> \u00a0komt de spannende ontmoeting met het werk van de veelbelovende choreograaf <\/span>Uri Shafir<\/b> (Isra\u00ebl), die tot voor kort danseres was bij het wereldberoemde Ensemble Batsheva Dance Company met artistiek directeur Ohad Naharin, de uitvinder van de Gaga bewegingstaal. Shafir's voorstelling \u201c<\/span>HABITAT<\/span><\/a>\u201dgaat uit van de woorden van de Amerikaanse conceptuele kunstenaar Robert Barry \u201cnothing seems to me the most potent thing in the world\u201d en probeert vast te leggen en uit te drukken wat echt is.\u00a0<\/span>levend<\/span><\/i>\u00a0in live optredens.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Antistatisch<\/span><\/p>\n

Op 24 april<\/span>th<\/span> Benjamin Bertrand <\/b>(Frankrijk), een andere choreograaf die snel internationale erkenning krijgt, zal op sierlijke wijze de beweging van wind over het podium brengen met zijn \u201c<\/span>RAFALES<\/span><\/a>\u201d. Alles wat nodig is, is een man, een vrouw, een ventilator en een windvlaag die hen verbindt. De rest is vloeibaarheid en een nooit eindigende golvende beweging. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Antistatisch<\/span><\/p>\n

De volgende dag, 25 april<\/span>th<\/span> het programma werpt ons krachtig terug in onze tijd met de studies van het autoritaire karakter \u201c<\/span>VERVOERING EN WOEDE<\/span><\/a>\u201d van het media- en performancecollectief <\/span>LIGNA<\/b> (Duitsland). Voor de creatie van dit werk, waarmee het theaterseizoen in Frankfurt van start ging en dat veel aandacht kreeg, <\/span>Ole Frahm, Michael Hueners, Torsten Michaelsen<\/b> worden vergezeld door de Bulgaarse artiesten <\/span>Stephan A. Shtereff\u00a0<\/b>en\u00a0<\/span>Emilian Gatsov<\/b>. Samen onderzoeken ze de toenemende aantrekkingskracht van het fundamentalisme in Europa en maken ze van het publiek de hoofdpersoon van hun indrukwekkende, interactieve voorstelling.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Antistatisch<\/span><\/p>\n

Het krachtige einde van <\/span>Antistatisch<\/span><\/i>\u2019Het internationale programma komt op 26 april<\/span>th<\/span> met \u201c<\/span>WONDERWOMEN<\/span><\/a>\u201d van de choreograaf <\/span>Melanie Lane<\/b> (Australi\u00eb\/Duitsland). Ze heeft twee vrouwelijke professionele bodybuilders uitgenodigd en hen in de context van een performance geplaatst om een nieuw perspectief te bieden op deze veeleisende sport, die het lichaam volledig verandert. En onvermijdelijk een dialoog op gang brengt met onze zintuigen over categorie\u00ebn als kracht en kwetsbaarheid, atletiek en vrouwelijkheid.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Antistatisch<\/span><\/p>\n

Kaarten voor alle voorstellingen zijn al in de verkoop en kunnen worden gekocht bij <\/span>GEMAKKELIJK BETALEN<\/span><\/a>\u2019kassa's in het hele land, het National Palace of Culture's ticketcentrum of online op <\/span>EPAYGO.BG<\/span><\/a>. Alle kaartjes worden in de voorverkoop tegen voorkeursprijzen verkocht en zullen op de dag van elke voorstelling duurder zijn.
