Als je Sofia op je reislijst hebt gezet of hier al bent, ben je waarschijnlijk van plan om wat tijd door te brengen in deze kleine maar mooie Oost-Europese hoofdstad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maar behalve beslissen naar welke musea je gaat en het nachtleven van de stad beleven, moet je ook nadenken over een ander belangrijk onderdeel van je reis. Ik heb het over eten, een van de belangrijkste factoren voor een goede reis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dus als\nje laat wakker bent geworden op een luie zaterdagochtend nadat je de hele dag en nacht in de stad hebt rondgetoerd\nde hele dag en nacht hebt rondgetoerd en je je afvraagt waar je dit weekend in Sofia kunt brunchen\nweekend te gaan brunchen, dan heb ik misschien een paar interessante idee\u00ebn om met je te delen. Mekitsa & Koffie en Bakkerij Domashna Banitsa<\/strong> - Het traditionele Bulgaarse ontbijt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Als je zl nog niet weet wat een Mektisa is, dan is dit een eenvoudig maar ongelooflijk lekker gefrituurd gerecht gemaakt van gekneed deeg en yoghurt. Het is een onderdeel van het traditionele Bulgaarse ontbijt dat elke inwoner of toerist minstens \u00e9\u00e9n keer per week zou willen eten. Een ander typisch Bulgaars ontbijt is de zogenaamde banitsa, een vorm van de populaire b\u00f6rek. Als je wilt genieten van het eten van deze Bulgaarse delicatesse, kun je dat doen in Bakkerij Domashna Banitsa<\/strong>, vlakbij de Adelaarsbrug. Het is een leuke plek waar je domashna (domashna betekent zelfgemaakt in het Bulgaars) banitsa kunt proberen, die daar voor je wordt bereid door uiterst aardig en vriendelijk personeel. Als je\ndenkt dat je al genoeg hebt gehad van de heerlijke traditionele Bulgaarse maaltijden\nen het eten van een smakelijke, typische brunch mist, dan is Rainbow Factory de plek om je die aan te bieden.\nte bieden. Als brunch kun je genieten van Amerikaanse pannenkoeken met ahornsiroop en vanille-ijs, eieren, cheese cakes, omelet met cheddar en bacon, wentelteefjes met ahornsiroop en vanille-ijs ... Als u\nop zoek bent naar vers en gezond eten en goede koffie en thee, dan ben je bij Bistro 16 aan het juiste adres.\nBistro 16. Deze plek is een parel in het centrum van Sofia. Het biedt een\nmenu met ongelooflijke maaltijden en Bulgaarse delicatessen zoals yoghurt met\nhavermoutkoekjes en jam. Alles is er vers, waardoor de plek een\nfavoriete bestemming is om er te ontbijten. En nog iets belangrijks\nding - het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en gastvrij!
