De Covid-19 crisis was niet voorspelbaar. Niemand kon zich voorstellen dat dit zou gebeuren. Behalve een paar filmmakers uit Hollywood! In minder dan 3 maanden is het grootste deel van de wereldbevolking thuis opgesloten vanwege een virus. Elke staat probeert deze crisis op zijn eigen manier te beheersen. Hoe zit het met Bulgarije?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


Ik verdeel mijn tijd tussen Frankrijk en Bulgarije en moet zeggen dat ik zeer positief verrast ben door de manier waarop de crisis van Covid-19 in Bulgarije is aangepakt. Bulgarije is absoluut een, om niet te zeggen de beste, leerling van de klas met alle respect voor sommige expats die mijn mening niet delen (als ze deze woorden lezen, zullen ze zichzelf herkennen ;)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Covid-19<\/strong> - Hoe gaat Bulgarije om met de crisis?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Slechts enkele dagen na de eerste gevallen van het Covid-19 virus nam de Bulgaarse regering het besluit om mensen thuis op te sluiten. Dit is waarschijnlijk de reden waarom het land de groei van de pandemie onder controle heeft kunnen houden (in vergelijking met andere landen). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zo zijn er op 03 april 2020 in Bulgarije 457 bevestigde gevallen van Covid-19, dat wil zeggen 35 extra gevallen ten opzichte van 02 april 2020. Voor 100.000 inwoners betekent dit 6,34 gevallen in Bulgarije, vergeleken met 89,98 gevallen van Covid-19 in Frankrijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat sterfgevallen betreft, waren er op 03 april 2020 10 sterfgevallen door Covid-19 in Bulgarije. Het is 2,19 sterfgevallen per honderd gevallen van Covid-19 in Bulgarije. Ter vergelijking: deze waarde is 4,03 in China (maar we weten dat de Chinese cijfers waarschijnlijk onjuist zijn), 12,07 in Itali\u00eb en 8,96 in Frankrijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per 7 april 2020 zijn er 565 gevallen van het Covid-19 coronavirus bevestigd door de Bulgaarse autoriteiten, waaronder 22 doden en 42 genezen. Bulgarije blijft relatief \u201conaangetast\u201d door de pandemie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toegegeven, er is nog niets gewonnen, maar het gaat de goede kant op. Als we de cijfers van Bulgarije vergelijken met die van Itali\u00eb, Spanje of Frankrijk, dan is het zeker dat Bulgarije heeft laten zien dat het de crisis aankan. Voor \u00e9\u00e9n keer lijkt het erop dat het een sterk voordeel is om een \u201cklein\u201d land te zijn, met minder interactie met de rest van de wereld!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ja, het is waar! Het openbare gezondheidssysteem is bij lange na niet het beste in Europa (niet qua artsen maar qua materiaal) maar het werkt en tot nu toe heeft het systeem de situatie kunnen dragen dankzij de maatregelen van de overheid en het feit dat de burgers de regels volgden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Covid-19 - \u201cHet mooie gebaar\u201d van Bulgarije. <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Bovendien zijn er sinds gisteren in Frankrijk veel artikelen gepubliceerd in de grootste nieuwsbladen. Ze juichen Bulgarije allemaal toe.<\/strong> Ze spreken allemaal over het Bulgaarse voorbeeld als \u201cHet mooie gebaar van Bulgarije\u201d. Sociale netwerken ontbranden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inderdaad, een artikel van Le Figaro<\/a> op 7 april 2020, staat dat de afgevaardigden en ministers hun salaris hebben geschonken aan het openbare gezondheidszorgsysteem tijdens deze uitzonderlijke periode. De donatie van de afgevaardigden zal 1,44 miljoen leva bedragen. Ze zullen dus ongeveer 740.000 euro geven voor de periode van opsluiting. Ja, het is waar, dit zijn geen miljarden euro's die zullen worden gegeven, maar dit is symbolisch en onverwacht om eerlijk te zijn. Sommigen zullen zeggen dat het pure \u201cmarketing\u201d is van de politieke klasse. Ik zou zeggen dat zelfs als dit het geval was, het een mooi gebaar is en dat niet elk land dit zou doen...<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nogmaals, ik wil maar \u00e9\u00e9n ding zeggen: Petje af!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De noodtoestand is verlengd tot 13 mei. Bulgaarse vrienden, blijf thuis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
