We moeten allemaal plekken weten of ontdekken waar het 's zomers heel lekker, koel en comfortabel is om te eten of gewoon iets te drinken. \u201cMade in Blue\u201d<\/em> restaurant in Sofia is daar zeker \u00e9\u00e9n van. Kom, kom, ik presenteer u!<\/h3>\n

Over de plaats<\/strong>, voor degenen die enkele restaurants in Sofia kennen, de \u201cMade in Blue\u201d<\/em> zal hen herinneren aan de naam van een andere trendy plek in Sofia. Welke? \u201cGemaakt in huis\u201d<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>Bingo !! Geopend in mei 2016 (dus heel NIEUW!), is deze atypische plek het kleine zusje voor ons hele plezier.<\/p>\n

Ik ben altijd op zoek naar zo'n plek en boekte meteen een tafel om het te ontdekken.\u00a0<\/span>Daar aangekomen weten we dat het er is. Het is een heel huis, geschilderd in blauw (beetje geel) met een PRACHTIGE TUIN\/TERRAS<\/span>\u00a0en kleurrijke bloemen. De buitenkant is retro en kunstzinnig.\u00a0De binnenkant van het huis is net zo verrassend als de buitenkant.\u00a0<\/span>TEr is geen ander huis zoals dit in de straat of zelfs verder weg.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>De sfeer van de plek zal je niet onverschillig laten en je zult je er bijna thuis voelen.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Een oud, verlaten huis nieuw leven inblazen is voor mij een buitengewoon idee. <\/strong>De uitdaging staat hier vermeld.\u00a0<\/span>Dus, ik<\/span>\u00a0Ik zal je niet meer vertellen over het ontwerp en de architectuur van deze plek (ook geen foto), zodat je het zelf kunt ontdekken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over de maaltijden<\/strong>, de \u201cMade in Blue\u201d<\/em>\u00a0restaurant\u00a0lijkt gerechten aan te bieden die elders niet bestaan. Het is niet Bulgaars, niet Italiaans, niet Amerikaans, niet Frans, niet Turks, ... het is gewoon \u201cMade in Blue\u201d en dat is veel.<\/strong><\/span> Hummus met kalfsvlees & pens, kalfstong met teriyaki & radijsjes, Karnitas Burrito met geroosterd varkensvlees & groenten, curry mosselen met kokos, salade met kersen, gekruide rundvlees kaftan met bulgur pilaff, c<\/em><\/span>Kipfilet & courgettepuree,\u00a0<\/em>schapenkaas & ma\u00efsbrood, frambozen kwarktaart<\/em>... zijn enkele van de maaltijden die je onmiddellijk en met mate moet ontdekken. Voor de drankjes zijn de zelfgemaakte limonades erg lekker en verfrissend.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dus zeker een plek om een goede en ontspannende tijd alleen, samen of met veel vrienden door te brengen.<\/p>\n
