De Duitse kerstmarkt in Sofia wordt van jaar tot jaar mooier en dompelt je onder in de magie van Kerstmis. Laten we op ontdekkingstocht gaan.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">... Nee, het is een grapje, ik heb geen 10 pond meegenomen!\u00a0<span lang=\"en\">Maar het had gekund. Afgelopen zaterdag, 's ochtends, was het echt de eerste keer sinds ik in Sofia woon dat ik de kerstmarkt van <a href=\"http:\/\/www.db-events.eu\/en\/Events\/Nemski-Koleden-Bazar-Sofia\"><span style=\"color: #52d2ab;\"><strong>Sofia<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en\">Gemaakt in 2011, <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #000000;\">ook wel Kolidariya of Koledaria genoemd, wordt de kerstmarkt van Sofia gehouden op <strong>Stadstuin<\/strong>, achter de <strong>Theater Ivan Vazov<\/strong>\u00a0en loopt van 18 november tot begin januari. Het opent zijn deuren elke dag om<strong> 11:00 uur tot 20:00 uur<\/strong>. Het wordt echt serieus in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.db-events.eu\/en\/Events\/Nemski-Koleden-Bazar-Plovdiv\/koncepcia\"><span style=\"color: #52d2ab;\"><strong>Plovdiv<\/strong><\/span><\/a> ook omdat er sinds 2012 ook een Duitse kerstmarkt is in\u00a0<strong>Borisova Gradina Park.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Het belangrijkste idee van deze markt was om de authentieke Duitse traditie van het vieren van Kerstmis naar Bulgarije te brengen. Daartoe werd ter plekke een speciale mini-\u201ckerststad\u201d van feestelijk versierde houten huizen ontworpen en gebouwd, waar bezoekers gerechten uit de traditionele Duitse keuken, warme wijn en traktaties voor kinderen kunnen krijgen, maar ook handgemaakte souvenirs, houten speelgoed en kerstversieringen. Elke dag biedt een poppentheater enkele evenementen aan de bezoekers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Meer informatie over de kerstmarkt in Sofia en Plovdiv (programma), <em><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><a style=\"color: #808080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.db-events.eu\/en\/Events\/Nemski-Koleden-Bazar-Sofia\">hier.\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Ik was dan ook totaal verrast om zoveel mensen van alle leeftijden en zelfs toeristen over de markt te zien slenteren, tussen de kleine houten chalets die prachtig versierd waren, en zoveel mensen die voor het kraampje stonden te wachten op hun kerstworstjes. Ja, want de worsten zijn gewoon waanzinnig, waanzinnig lekker. En ik wil graag mijn worst hebben, zeker weten. Dus afgelopen zaterdag kwam ik om 11.00 uur aan bij de opening, om niet te lang te wachten voor de worstkraam. Duitse worstjes halen is waarschijnlijk het eerste wat je moet doen als je aankomt op de markt, dit en ook je warme kerstwijn halen. Je kunt ook een slokje greyana rakiya proberen - een traditionele druivenbrandewijn die populair is in heel Bulgarije. Zodra dit stadium is gevalideerd, kun je de andere kraampjes van de markt verkennen, zoals slenteren voor de zelfgemaakte chocoladekraam die van de grote kaas die op een broche druipt. Zelfs als je dol was op je Duitse worst, is het goed mogelijk dat als je voor deze nieuwe warme kaaskraam staat, je alle liefde die je er ooit voor had al vergeten bent. Afgunst van een sauerkrau<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"en\">t of<\/span><span lang=\"en\"> een fricassee van champignons <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Geen probleem, hier lijkt alles mogelijk te zijn.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Vergeet niet om voordat je de markt verlaat een digitale kerstfoto te maken met je familie of vrienden (2,90 leva) of op papier (9,90 leva). Het is gewoon een hele leuke kerstherinnering.
