Welkom bij Cosmos, een culinaire ontsnapping in het hart van de Bulgaarse hoofdstad.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Geopend in maart 2016, hadden we nog niet de tijd genomen om hier langs te gaan. Sommige mensen (Hi Radi !) om ons heen vertelden ergens over <\/span><strong style=\"color: #333333;\">Kosmos\/Kosmos<\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> altijd in zeer goede bewoordingen. We konden niet langer wachten om het te ontdekken. Afgelopen zaterdag besloten we voor het eerst dit restaurant te verkennen waarvan de heerlijke foto's op de Facebookpagina al \u201cwater in de mond\u201d deden lopen. We werden heel goed ontvangen door de manager, <strong>Atanas Balev<\/strong>, en zijn toegewijde en vriendelijke team. De plek is zeer design en modern, \u201cconceptueel\u201d zoals het zichzelf presenteert.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Grote ramen die het licht doorlaten en je confronteren met de externe omgeving. Cosmos biedt ook onderdak aan tijdelijke tentoonstellingen.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">We hadden ons overal ter wereld kunnen wanen, ook al kennen we New York heel goed, het deed ons ook denken aan sommige restaurants in de buurt van Soho of zelfs Meatpackage District, enkele van de meest trendy wijken van de Big Apple. In Cosmos, zoals in de meeste Bugariaanse restaurants, vermeldt het menu de portiegroottes in grammen. Er worden ook geen 1000 gangen aangeboden, wat bewijst dat de ingredi\u00ebnten vers zijn. Als hoofdgerecht kozen we de <\/span><strong style=\"color: #333333;\">Kip \u201cKavarma\u201d in Radomir-stijl<\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0(15,90 levas\/8\u20ac) zonder te weten wat we zouden gaan ontdekken, behalve kip natuurlijk. We waren totaal verrast, want naast een zeer goed georkestreerd arrangement dat een sterrenchef waardig is, was deze gang erg smakelijk en verfijnd. We waren er dol op! Wat het dessert betreft, de <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Een Bulgaarse roos<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> met v<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">anillecake, yoghurtijs, aardbeien + rozensorbet en rozenmeringue (8,90 levas\/4,5\u20ac) was heerlijk, smeu\u00efg, origineel, verbazingwekkend! Begeleid door een verfijnde en attente bediening, was ons moment in Cosmos een zeer aangename verrassing en ontdekking. We hebben de wijn niet geproefd omdat w<span lang=\"en\">e verlieten een wijnproeverij een straat verderop en we wilden niet dronken worden. We namen slechts een<\/span><span lang=\"en\"> bruisend water en het was perfect. Dus, t<\/span>et restaurant heeft niets te benijden aan Lyonnaise Brasserie zoals <em><a style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nordsudbrasseries.com\">\u201cBrasserie \u201dLe Nord<\/a><\/em>\u00a0en het is echt een compliment als we weten dat Lyon, Frankrijk, wordt beschouwd als de wereldhoofdstad van de gastronomie. Dus, Bravo Cosmos!
