Wij besloten ongeduldig te reserveren bij Club Pouchkine. We vertellen je meer over onze erg leuke ervaring.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-medium\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span lang=\"en\">Gelegen in de <strong>Huis van Moskou<\/strong> in de Moskovska straat, achter de Russische kerk en vlakbij de Alexander Nevski kathedraal,<strong> Club Pouchkine<\/strong> is een geweldig eigentijds restaurant en bar. Binnen biedt deze plek verschillende kamers die vernoemd zijn naar klassieke Russische auteurs. Elke kamer heeft een iets andere stijl, maar ze zijn allemaal zo ingericht dat ze de originele laat 19e-eeuwse inrichting van het gebouw weerspiegelen. De hoge plafonds maken de ruimte gigantisch.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">De deco combineert oud en historisch met design en eigentijds en cre\u00ebert een uniek universum in het hart van de hoofdstad.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\">We kozen ervoor om dit restaurant te proeven tijdens de <strong>Sofia Restaurant Week<\/strong>. Over het speciale menu, dat je kunt zien <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><a style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"http:\/\/restaurantweek.bg\/2017\/restaurant\/Club%20Pouchkine\/3793\"><em>daar<\/em><\/a><\/span>, kozen we ervoor om te beginnen met de\u00a0<em>Ganzenlever, bosbessen en crackers. <\/em>Echt heerlijk, de Foie<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> gras was lekker en de b<\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #333333;\">bosbessen coulis en munt een leuk zoet idee. Als m<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span lang=\"en\">schaal<i>, <\/i>Alexander koos de\u00a0<\/span><em><span lang=\"en\">Zalmsteak met gestoomde spinazie <\/span><\/em><span lang=\"en\">en mij<\/span><span lang=\"en\">\u00a0de<\/span><em><span lang=\"en\"> Magret de canard met gekarameliseerde uien en citrusvruchten. <\/span><\/em><span lang=\"en\">Daarna was het dessert<\/span><em><span lang=\"en\"> Tiramisu <\/span><\/em><span lang=\"en\">voor Alexander<\/span><em><span lang=\"en\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"en\">en<\/span><em><span lang=\"en\"> Citroentaart \u201cmeringue\u201d <\/span><\/em><span lang=\"en\">voor mij een lichte en luchtige taart met perfect korstdeeg en een zachte limoensmaak.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Dit menu was gewoon ... een genot! Club Pouchkine brengt verse en heerlijke producten van de markt. Het menu en de gerechten veranderen volgens het seizoen en volgens wat de markt te bieden heeft. De bereiding, service en presentatie waren perfect, tot in het kleinste detail.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Als drankje namen we een Bulgaarse frisse ros\u00e9. Met een selectie van meer dan 250 wijnen zal de wijnkaart van Club Pouchkine zelfs de meest verfijnde wijnliefhebber tevreden stellen.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">De bar heeft een uitgebreide lijst met cocktails die iedereen zal bevallen. Voor de fijnproever hebben we een indrukwekkende whiskycollectie, met meer dan 200 verschillende merken van over de hele wereld.
