One minute only to discover the Bed & Breakfast « Guest House & Bistro Castle Cottage » in Belogradchik. During my last week-end (look at my article about Belogradchik, here), it was a real pleasure to stay in. More about :
The place : Located at Belogradchik, close to the Kaleto Fortress and red rocks of the city, this 5-room place offers a beautiful view of the fortress and the town, from its terrace. We stayed in a very calm, nice and clean triple room (a double bed and a single bed). The breakfast was very delicious and taken on the terrace. There is a free private parking on place. The hosts are very friendly and we were welcomed as in our own family ! The on-site bistro serves international dishes and local wines. Castle Cottage has its own vineyard and wine cellar. Definitely a place to stay.
The prices, breakfast and VAT included (per day) : 1 person : 35 BGN (18 euros) – 2 people : 70 BGN (35 euros) – Rent for the house (up to 6 people) : 300 BGN (150 euros) – Rent for the house (up to 12 people) : 500 BGN (250 euros). Free of charges for children under 6 years olds (6/12 : 25 BGN). > 3 nights, the price is negotiable.

More : Speak english – Book directly and in advance (very demanded) on the cottage website www.castlecottage.eu, to have the most interesting prices. Pay only in cash. Will require a 40% deposit either by bank transfer or via PayPal within 24 hours after booking.
Then, probably the most important : Don’t forget to pet the goat or the neighbour. If you stop by her area next to the road, she ‘ll come to see you.
