Organized one a month by the Centre francophone of Varna and Amorpha Youth Foundation, the Breakwater Talks event will be in French for this new rendezvous and the topic will be « Alliance française, bonjour ! The Madame Bulgaria Magazine is a partnership of the Centre Francophone of Varna, which includes the branch of the Institut Français of Bulgaria in Varna and the Alliance Française of Varna.
