This summer, my friend Apolline, who has lived in Sofia and Varna and never misses an opportunity to return to Bulgaria for a few days whenever she can, came to visit me. Curious like me to discover new places, she suggested we spend a relaxing afternoon at the Infinity Spa, on the shores of Lake Pancharevo.
At first, I didn’t know what to expect. But as soon as we arrived, I felt like I had entered another world, far from the city, even though Sofia was only a few minutes away by car. Located right on the shores of Lake Pancharevo, this adults-only spa is renowned for its peaceful atmosphere, mineral water pools, and attentive service.
A unique atmosphere
The setting is simply magical. The spa creates a seamless indoor–outdoor flow: you slip from the indoor mineral pool straight into the outdoor one without ever leaving the warm water. Floating there in silence, with the peaceful lake stretched out in front of us, was incredibly relaxing. Time slowed down, and the city’s noise felt miles away.

The entire spa is immaculately clean, and throughout your stay, the team remains attentive to your needs, always discreet yet available to make your experience truly relaxing.
The healing water of Pancharevo
The water of Pancharevo is lightly mineralized, rich in calcium and magnesium, and has long been known for helping with rheumatic, urological, gynecological, and neurological issues. It’s the same source as the nearby public baths, but here you benefit from jets, cascades, and premium comfort.
An adults-only spa
Here, tranquility is a rule: no guests under 18 are admitted (except in cases of private rental). Phones must be on silent, whispering is encouraged — everything invites you to disconnect. This is exactly what makes the difference when you’re looking for true rest.
How to plan your visit

- Sessions: Infinity Spa operates in 4-hour slots (9:00–13:00 / 13:10–17:10 / 17:20–20:00). Open Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Mondays.
- Booking: advance reservation is essential, as capacity is limited to around 24 guests. Confirmation is done by phone or email, with prepayment sometimes required on weekends or holidays. Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before.
- Getting there from Sofia:
- By car/taxi: around 17 minutes from the city center (15–16 km).
- By bus: line 3 (SUMC) connects Sofia (Geo Milev district) to Pancharevo in about 30 minutes with buses departing roughly every hour.
