A coffee at ONE MORE BAR and more

**– St. Ivan Shishman 12, 1000 Sofia –**

I know, I know … I live in Sofia 2 years ago and I didn’t the One More Bar… I ‘m unforgivable. This place is just VERY famous, maybe one of the most famous bar in Sofia. All people who live here know the One More Bar. But, for me, it was the first time. Yes, the first time ! Maybe because like many people, I used to go always or very often at the same places that I love in Sofia. So, last Monday, Radi, a friend of mine, proposed me to take a coffee at the One More Bar at 10:00am in the morning and she was totally surprised when I told her that I will check on the Google Maps where it was exactly. Surprised, because it’s impossible not to know this place.

For the little story, One More Bar is located on one of the emblematic street in the capital, very popular, the Shishman Street. It takes place in an ancient yellow Bulgarian town house, which is a part of the history of the city. Petar Marinov and Evelina Kurteva have retained part of the interior of the family home built in the 30s, during the last century, by bankers. The ancient friezes are still here, also the ceiling fireplace which takes place in opposite of the entrance. The place plays with light and furniture and it gives a very cozy atmosphere for conversation, afterwork, out with friends, embellished with good music, jazzy, a cocktail or a delicious glass of wine.

9: 00am : Time for a coffee – I arrived earlier to have the time to discover the place before my appointment. At this time of the day, in the morning, the place is very quiet. It’s the beginning of the day and some people spend time to drink their first or second coffee of the day, tapping into their computer or reading a newspaper. The atmosphere is very quiet to begin a nice day.

10:00am : Time for an « Out Office Session » – The inside of the bar is as interesting as the outside of it. This both areas are totally complementary and you can move outside-inside according to your desires. So, I can say you more because I think this place, the inside as the garden, is totally adapted for a out of office time or freelancers who search to work outside home or meet people. I would like to return and write my next article because the atmosphere of the One More Bar is very nice and quiet for that definitely. To be optimal, Wifi is available everywhere in the place.

12:30pm : Time to lunch an European-style cuisine – Fresh, light, colored, appetizing, all we need to be happy. Served on plates in total adequacy with the place for a perfect immersion. The story continues….

4:00pm : Time for events – Sometimes, some events are organized here, as the « Bric A Brac » event this summer with lot of nice and very vintage things.

6:00pm : Time to savour a delicious and colored homemade cocktail – One More Bar One more bar is famous for its hospitality and creatively curated cocktails. The bar is the first to serve organic and vegan cocktails on the market. Just impossible not to succumb as its limited edition of Bloody Mary Cocktail.
